The product didn't work, I had high hopes, but zero response. True allergy shots saved me.

Customer service reached out nearly TWO YEARS later, stating I had an outstanding balance. When questioned, they "performed a billing audit" and just happened to find a balance.

I used the immunotherapy to cure or release from allergies for 9 months and it never made me feel better or even reduce the amount of allergies I have. I cancel because I figured it was not going to work on me. Almost 5 months later they charged me $200 for 3 virtual, 5 minutes appointments that are mandatory, otherwise they charge you a fee. They did not tell me they were going to do that. The service is a total scam. Please stay away from this scammers. I called, them and said they could not help me.

Bait and switch. They run advertisements saying try use and then it’s a 3 month subscription that you didn’t know about. You followed instructions to cancel and they keep billing you

Do not work with Curex. I was recommended to them a couple of months ago by someone I knew who spoke very highly of the company, so I went in with high expectations. A month later, I was out over $1,200 and dealing with one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Here's the full breakdown so you can decide for yourself.

The blood work. Curex requires preliminary blood work before they'll start you on treatment, and I was told it would be covered by insurance. It wasn't. The bill came back at over $1,000 out of pocket. That alone is a deal-breaker. If coverage isn't actually guaranteed, that needs to be stated clearly before anyone sits down for the draw, not discovered weeks later when the bill arrives. Most people are walking into this thinking the testing is free or close to it. It isn't.

The pricing structure. Their website presents the offer as a low-risk trial: $79.99 to try it, cancel anytime. What they don't tell you upfront is that the first bottle is actually a three-month supply, and you're billed three separate $79.99 charges for that single bottle. The moment it ships, you're committed to roughly $240, regardless of when you cancel. The "cancel anytime" language is technically true and functionally misleading. You can cancel future shipments, sure, but you're still on the hook for the bottle they already sent. None of this is clear on the product page. I only found out when I called to cancel.

No guarantee of results. There's no promise the treatment will actually help your allergies. Which is precisely why their business model relies on long subscriptions. The longer you stay, the more they make, whether or not anything is improving. That's not a treatment plan, that's a recurring revenue stream. It also only treats environmental allergies, not food allergies, which is another detail they don't make obvious upfront. If you came in hoping it would help with food sensitivities, you came in for the wrong product.

Customer service. When I called to cancel, the rep was rude and kept pushing to keep me on the program well after I'd clearly said no. Multiple attempts to redirect me, talk me out of it, offer alternatives. It's the kind of high-pressure retention script that makes you regret ever signing up in the first place. A clean cancellation should take two minutes. Mine didn't.

In fairness, my allergies are seasonal, so I wasn't an ideal candidate for the product to begin with. But the issues above aren't about whether the treatment worked for me. They're about how the company sets expectations, how they charge, and how they treat you when you try to leave.

The better path. Go to your regular doctor and ask for a referral to an allergist. Insurance will cover most of it. You'll get a real diagnosis from someone who can actually examine you, a treatment plan tailored to what you actually have, and you won't be locked into a subscription for a product with no guarantee of results. That's what I should have done from the start.

Curex is one of the worst companies I've dealt with. The combination of unclear pricing, a surprise medical bill, no results guarantee, and an aggressive cancellation process is enough that I'd warn anyone considering them to walk the other way. Save yourself the money and the frustration.

Allergy drops that don’t work. Terrible billing system that makes it impossible to cancel without paying for 3-months that I didn’t request. Avoid at all costs, scam through-and-through

I don't know if this Curex allergy treatment is working for me. I have only just started using the drops for dustmites for almost one month now. The staffs and the representatives were pleasant and easy to talk to and chat with. But the bottle droplets, paying the subscription for $79.00 a month and only get a refill every three month afterward is too expensive for me. So, I would like to cancel my future subscription. I.am searching for lower cost and more affordable allergy drops on Amazon that doesn't charge monthly subscription, you buy as many bottles as you like or need.

Customer service is awesome. I live in central Texas. I am allergic to pretty much everything except horses, dogs, & cattle. I was given the spray for sneezing & other reactions. Since I started on the nasal spray, I have only sneezed once in 3 or 4 weeks. Normally, I will sneeze at least 3 times a day, but usually it's more. I am also on the drops & hope I am able to build a tolerance.

I love Curex! They have excellent customer service and the drops are making a big difference with my allergy symptoms. I am feeling so much better! Thank you 💗

Simply life changing. OTC allergy meds especially store brand do nothing for my allergies. I tried allergy shots but wasn’t able to go consistently so the results weren’t as beneficial. If it sounds too good to be true, it’s actually that good. I can finally breathe when the seasons change. It’s been a few years now of daily use and would recommend to allergy sufferers.

This is a great company and has done wonders for my cat allergies! I used to not be able to be around cats at all and now I'm living with two cats!

I placed a order and never received it. The tracking said it was delivered but it wasn't and when I contacted the company they said it's nothing they can do and to check with logistics but they wouldn't give me who the courier was and won't give me a refund.

So far i love it, great and fast team support if you need help and for me so far no side effects after taking the drops, work for me

Very happy with the results. they gave me allergy drops to help with what I was experiencing. plus nasal spray which like jump started the recovery process.
The team has been great, checking in with me every so often to see how I am doing and making adjustments to the drops as needed.
Now I can be close to my dog without needing an KN95!

My experience had been great knowing the providers check in every step of the way is very helpful! Overall my symptoms have been non existent and I hope to continue that way. Im also very happy I don't have to get any allergy shots. The sublingual application works very well for me.

I was tested for allergies 12 years ago and began receiving shots after they identified 19 allergens. 5 years later I was tested again. I still had the 19 plus 4 new ones! I scheduled my life around going for shots for almost 11 years. I wasn’t as bad as when I first walked into that office but I really felt stuck.
I have been taking my drops for nearly 4 months and I feel great.i occasionally have mild itching but a Benadryl takes care of it. I am very happy with the service I have received from Curex!

I can honestly say this has been the best spring pollen season of my life. For years, I suffered through every pollen season with miserable symptoms, but after starting Curex allergy drops, the change has been incredible.
The biggest difference is that I’m actually living symptom-free instead of just masking the problem with temporary meds. My seasonal allergies used to leave me exhausted and constantly reaching for meds, but this year, I’ve barely had to use them at all. The at-home treatment is so convenient compared to traditional shots, and it’s clearly working to build my long-term immunity. If you’ve spent your life dreading the spring pollen, I can’t recommend Curex enough—it’s been a total game-changer. FYI I started the drops March of 2025 and have had no negative reactions to pollen this pollen season. Update as of 3/23 - still no issues, feeling great. I never thought it was possible to feel this good during pollen season.
