I worked with a designer to custom create neon signs for an event and they turned out PERFECT! Loved the experience and the end product!

We bought I white neon sign to hang in a street window. Sign came quick, it was exactly like what we had ordered. I wish I needed more neon signs. I made an address error and they worked hard to immediately fix it. Customer support was fantastic! I definitely recommend.

So much fun. This gadget does everything. I had no problem designing the sign. My husband hung it over our bed in a few minutes It’s really dramatic at night, making the room and all its contents purple/pink. The strobe is a bit much in a small space. I love the fact I can set it to turn off and reduce the volume of light

I cannot recommend Get Custom Neon Signs enough! They speed in which they were able to get my custom design back to me was less than 24 hours, my sign was very large and arrived in less than 2 weeks of my initial inquiry. The package arrived and was so well protected. When I opened the box it was better than expected. Beautiful work and I loved it so much I’m in the process of ordering a second sign. Highly recommend!

The customer service was really the 5-star experience here. Responsive and helpful, they rushed to get the order done to make our deadline. They were happy to accommodate requests and changes. The neons were great for our event, although the yellow and orange did look very similar in color. But, overall I would highly recommend ordering!

I decided to order a neon sign for my wife's birthday.
I placed the order on July 4th, a national holiday, right? I received an immediate response from an actual human at 8:03 p.m. that very evening (who works on July 4th???). I explained that I would like to receive the sign by July 11th and was told they would "try our best to make it happen by then". The sign arrived on July 12th (not bad, considering the sign was fabricated in China!) and I was able to track the sign's journey -- when it left the facility, and its various stops along the way. The neon sign matched my design specs, looks great, works great, and comes with two remotes which allow for a variety of brightness levels and effects (or "modes"). I would definitely order from Custom Neon Signs again.

I was pleasantly pleased with my custom neosign for my husband's media room. It was everything that I could hope for with the quality and skill that was put into the workmanship. I will definitely tell my friends and family about this company. My husband loved it.

Beautiful sign, and my clients are very happy! This is for a commercial application for a juice bar, and while I haven't seen it hung on the wall yet, it looks great in the box. Can't wait to see it installed.

Custom Neon made the experience of customizing and ordering a sign super easy and enjoyable. They were super quick on getting back to me with the mock sketch of the design and were super good about making a couple small adjustments after! The custom sign I ordered looks so awesome! I completed a custom sign request describing what I wanted, including one of the fonts already offered, size of the sign (after using their online tool to estimate how big the text would be), color, and the description of an image I wanted them to draw up and how to arrange it with the text. They emailed me a great first draft in less than 24 hours, then I asked for a modification which they did within a few hours, then I approved it and said go. They sent a confirmation and I received the sign one week later. I had to pay the expedited shipping charge because I needed it in less than two weeks and didn't want to risk it. It was well packed with everything to make it work. I did have to pay for it before I could submit my design request which could make you nervous, but this is my second sign I've had them make and they have earned my trust. They also added a very reasonable additional cost for the graphic portion because I only paid for the text part to get the order submitted. Note that they appear to work in late afternoon and evenings (based on my local pacific time), so that's when you will most likely get emails from them. Give them a try. Their signs are so unique and cool! You will love it!

No where does it say the sign is 100% plastic and LED. Yes, it is bright enough, but the plastic backing bleeds and glows with the all plastic cheap fixture. Not as represented.
