Been trying to contact this company for…

Been trying to contact this company for over a month.
10+ phone calls and multiple emails to be told that someone will contact me (which never happens)

If its this hard to start a policy, i cant imagine how hard it would be to submit a claim

To update you - I have personally investigated the issue you raised and we have acted on our call handling procedures.

We have now revised our internal call messaging process to ensure that messages are not left with just one person. Unfortunately the 2 phone messages that you had left had been assigned to someone who was out of the office, so hadn't been picked up while they were isolating.

With regards your other concerns; it transpires that a member of the team did reply to the one email you sent. However we can only assume that our reply went into your junk folder. In future, please do check your junk mail if you are expecting a reply from us.

With regards claims reporting - you do not need to call anyone. This is exactly the reason we have built each customer your own Self Service area, where you can manage your policy and report claims.

You can file a claim online, anytime 24/7, from your self service area. The claims team will then contact you directly. No need to wait for hold music, or a reply. We have an excellent claims team, and to date our record is settling a claim within 90 minutes of it being notified.

Finally, please note that we do also have a chat message function that you can talk directly with consultant or leave a message on out-of-hours, if you are not receiving as quick a response as you wish for.

A refreshingly easy experience

Signing up to Dinghy was a refreshingly easy experience: the process was quick, all the information was clear, succinct and well laid out. It was also good value for money. All signed up in minutes. I hope I never have to use it!

I've been terrified of sorting out…

I've been terrified of sorting out insurance for my coaching practice for far too long, so when I had a look after a friend recommended - no joke, it was done in five minutes and nowhere near as scary or as expensive as I thought it was going to be. Amazing!

Seamless set up process

Very easy to set up and the price is unbeatable. I had a couple of questions and customer service was able to get back to me very quickly. So far so good!
