My ticket was never filed and they still don’t want to give me my refund after they said I “used” there services .

Nothing helped with my traffic ticket. I owe more now.

I did follow instructions and mailed all necessary documents to the court house.

This bussiness is the most unprofessional and rudest and scrammers I've ever done bussiness with!!! They charged $69 for a membership for 2 yrs i didn't sign up for. I caught it on my credit card the following yr.I used their service one time and I didn't request any kind of membership. I obviously was charged the membership fee of $69 in addition to the cost of their service for a traffic ticket . Membership was not required to use theif service nor was one requested or approved for it by me. year. I Called them and asked them what was the $69 charge was for they indicated. It's a membership fee that I joined. who joins a membership
for a place that helps you with traffic tickets? What do you think I get traffic tickets every day that I need a membership. This is not a gym or Costco. For gods sake. It's a place to help you with your traffic tickets that most of the work is done by us and get paid..You act like I'm getting a ticket. Every other day

up when I hired your company. Like I said, the first time you guys are nothing more than just scammers...Why don't you credit my account for the first $69 for subscription I didn't order. There was the first charge i never got credited for it second one my bank took it off because I didn't authorize to charge!

You're making up lies to fit your narrative and scamming people not me!! Just as you guys did on the phone on how the process of your service works. which all the work is done by the customer and u only privide the laws of the citation and type up customers statement that's written by us. I never" checked any box for any of your extra services nor was i aware u offered other services not verbally or read anything to do with a subscription nor would I have had any intrest in your or any subscription. That was first ticket I got in 30yrs.

Second one was not credit by you. My bank removed the fraudulent charge that I reported!!!

Banks will only remove charges that's no more then three months old being that was one year old couldn't get credit cause i didnt catch your fraudulent charge the first time.. The first charge you can only credit the customer being it's been over one year, but you don't want to do that because you're a thief and a liar!!

Pay attention customers to this review and their replies.You can see how argumentative they are belittling and disrespectful and unprofessional to the customers. Do not use this company unless you want to take time away from your life and lose money and be scammed!!!

The instructions weren’t clear—I spoke to someone over the phone, and they didn’t explain the full process. This place is very unorganized. You don’t need to waste your money here; you can do it yourself for free. I’m very disappointed with this service.

The service was much more expensive than I expected for what I received. It only gave me a trial-by-declaration form to mail, not an online dismissal process. The description made it sound more comprehensive. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you just need a basic template.
