Quick and Easy, very helpful

I cannot tell until the results of getting my ticket dismissed are finalized. Too early to tell.

Would have been better off going to traffic school. Would have been cheaper. Don't waste your money. They are worthless. Only paid the ticket after numerous attempts to get assistance.

They trick you upfront and once you pay they are jerks. I got a carpool violation and the cop put down the code for "not properly displaying my decals." I let them know at getdismissed because my "defense" had a different code in it then the one I was sited for. They said its all the same and I would have to provide my own defense if I wanted to change it. Didn't I pay for your service, shouldn't you change it? guess not. The defense they gave me was wrong, they should have changed it and they didn't, nor did they care. Because after all they already got my money. Anyways, long story short, I paid these guys for absolutely nothing, and then paid the court as well. These guys are a scam and they know it, now you all know it. I wish I had read the reviews before using these people. I usually never leave a review but i want to make sure people stop spending money with these guys. All they do is exactly what you can do on the back of your ticket. Write your own defense or go to court, these guys don't do anything you can't do yourself. And all the time you spend with uploading documents and emailing them because something is wrong you could have gone to court and/or written your own defense. Stay away from this SCAM. And no, no refund or partial will ever come your way from these scammers. You've all be warned, stay away from these jokers. I can provide back and forth emails to show everyone if these clowns try to respond to this. I might just post them all anyways.

Still got a speeding ticket. Payed you, and the court $430.00 dollars.

This sucks...paid 350 for my speeding ticket and 110 for the service and lost.....RIP OFF

I’m honored to share my success story.

I received a speeding ticket on May 17, 2024, and as crazy as it sounds, I had a horrible Charlie horse in my foot while driving to work and my vehicle picked up speed going down hill. I explained the situation to the CHP officer, and of course he wasn’t trying to hear it.

I did my research online and read the reviews online and contacted get dismissed to ask questions . I took a step on faith and I gave it a chance. On August 17, 2024, I received a letter from the courthouse stating I’m not guilty and I will be issued a full refund.

I cannot thank get dismissed enough for all their help. This is the best news I’ve heard in months.

Got a speeding ticket. Paid for their service and penalty but still got convicted. It's useless to use their service. NEVER trust this company.

I was acquitted thanks to getdismissed!

They followed up with a phone call and explained the process clearly. Lets hope this works! I will update after my ticket is handled with the outcome.

Did not work. (To clarify) Wasted $200 for the same ticket since it was put in someone else’s name the first time only to find out they don’t cover the person that did it even though it is the SAME ticket after I paid for the premium service, on top of the traffic fine($486). Didn’t get my ticket dismissed, nor was I granted traffic school. You’re better off saving your money and fight it yourself. They don’t give refunds either so beware. I only asked for refund for the first payment at least or partial refund. Will not recommend this service unless they can refund, otherwise, my opinion will remain, I’m completely let down.

I hired a service to appoint my roommate to contest a red light violation on my behalf, and it turned into a complete disaster. Not only did we lose the case, but the demerit point was also wrongfully assigned to my roommate because the car was under his name. Now, I'm unable to take any further legal action because the case is in his name. To add insult to injury, the service's response was incredibly rude.

They used a template that seemed to be thrown together so hastily I'm not convinced they even reviewed my case thoroughly. Within just 10 minutes of explaining my situation over the phone, they handed me all the information.

As a working student, this issue has cost me over $500 in service fees and fines—a significant financial burden for me. This has also soured the relationship between my roommate and I, making it difficult for co-living. The experience was utterly frustrating and a total waste of money. I honestly wanted a refund but I don't think they'll give it to me. I strongly advise against using this service and recommend seeking alternative solutions.

My journey started in February with Get Dismissed, as noted in my first review and finally finished @ the end of June with a " Not Guilty" for the Red light traffic ticket. Awesome group to help with all tickets, and made it very simple and easy to execute. Many Thanks to this firm

I really enjoyed my experience working with this company. I made an account online to get help contacted me the very next day and told me not to worry about anything that they would help me resolve my traffic citation. They were very very professional and it was a very easy process. I highly recommend this company. They are amazing. Amazing staff, amazing environment, and an amazing company.
