I ordered 2 prints from Doodlespot for $150 and they arrived in a very bad condition, with lot of folds and crushed. I cannot hang them. I wrote to Doodlespot and received no answer let alone a refund

I paid over $200 for 2 prints and 2 frames that didn't even have real glass in them. And the frames themselves we cheap looking and low quality. Would not recommend this app.

Terribly disappointing. I paid for expert retouching and it looked worse than when I sent it in. Then I had to chase and chase to get responses to my email and eventually had to contact PayPal direct for the refund they had agreed to pay me 6 days earlier.

Such a BEAUTIFUL way to display your child's art...I am obsessed !!

I enjoyed seeing my child's artwork framed and on the wall but the frame and plastic didn't seem worth the money. A bit like the framed movie posters you got in college or the ones they sell at IKEA.

It’s such a shame as I love this business idea but the communication from this company is terrible and the amount of time it’s taken to get changes done and I’m still waiting on my order to be shipped from over 2 weeks ago even though they have happily taken my money.

The print itself came out cute but contrary to the process shared on the website, I never received a proof prior to print (I even paid extra for a professional retouch). I also reached out to customer service about a proof and still never got one. I had a small edit that I asked for and while it was incorporated, it wasn’t reflected the way I would have wanted. It could’ve easily been addressed if the communication was better. Don’t waste your money on a frame. It’s junk.

It looks like I printed it on my home printer. Arrived damaged in the corners. Immediately wrote to CS and never received a response. I’m glad my money goes to less fortunate with this purchase as it eases the pain of blowing 75 plus on this thing. Quality of the paper is absolute garbage. Hubby loved it of course but literally thought I printed at home. Save your money.
