Cant leave zero stars. The fabrics are cheap rubbish. Sizes all over the place. No pattern match n really poor finishes. No labels. They want you to pay a percentage for admin to return and then to pay postage to return to China. Im mad at myself for ordering from them. Waited months for partial refund. Do not order anything. Watch out for same photos of products on other similar? sites

I can only echo the experiences of other customers who didn’t read the reviews prior to purchasing.
Undoubtedly the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Item paid for January 13th and still no sign of the item being delivered. Seemingly the only thing Get Dore are able do deliver are feeble excuse laden emails directed at someone else’s failure to deliver my item.

I’ve given them one star but only for their creative writing skills.( no other option sadly available ).Trading Standards were unable to help as they only deal with companies registered in the UK.

Never received my item! Nos got the bank disputing it and getting a refund.

Despite it being over 2 months the company refusing to refund. They do respond and just cut a paste response with a tracking link. Tracking link which shows it’s leaving China! The same for the last 2 months!

Absolutely awful. Avoid. Terrible product. Unable to return. Refund promised but never paid. Now ignoring my emails. Do not use and do not buy with them.

This is a complete scam, do not order from this company! They will not issue refunds, and eventually will stop responding to emails. Absolutely shocking service. Avoid at all costs!

Order a jacket 5 th of January it's

This company is clearly bogus. I ordered a coat late December and a coat fit for Little Red Riding Hood arrived 6 weeks later. It bore no resemblance to the coat I ordered and I have been emailing since trying to get my money refunded. It is now 17th February. Trading Standards, Watchdog or Rogue Traders need to be alerted to this company. Stay well away as you won’t receive what you ordered.

Absolutely awful ordered a coat in November and it’s now February! Company has yet to respond to my emails and pleas of a refund! They apologised once and said they would send the coat out asap still received it and they are now ignoring my 4 emails

Ordered 2nd January still not received my goods.
I have emailed several times and they tell me they are TRYING to track my order. Very good at giving you a very long reply to your emails but it is lies.
My order was £34.99 not a large sum of money but for them not to send the goods is dishonest.Do not order from them.

Shocking! Do not use!!
Order took weeks (5) to arrive, when arrived was terrible quality. When I asked to be returned was offered parcial refund?! I declined, was told refund was on way and have been waiting 4 weeks to be refunded. Now no response to my emails. AVOID!

It is a scam. Money taken then lots af excuses as to why product not arrived. They say they use Royal Mail tracking but can never supply a number.

Scam. Ordered early Jan and still have not received my order.

Wish I could give zero. This company is a scam company & posts as if it is based in the UK which it’s not. It isn’t even based in china as you do not receive your item. The comments on here that say there great and they love there item are not real. Scam company. I got my money back by contacting my bank to which when I did that I received an email from them asking to stop my parcel was just delayed ( 6 week delay 🫣) they were told not a chance and they have been reported to trading standards!

Do not buy from this company. They are not UK based but run out of China.I have not received my order despite emails asking for patience. Since I have asked for a refund for non-delivered goods I have been ghosted. I believe them to be a scam. Do not buy from here!!

Second review on Get Dore. Today I received an email requesting a rating on the item ordered. Slightly biased (LOL) but no rating was given on an item I still have NOT received. Get Dore is definitely building a reputation and to any that read this - please dont bother with this Company .... anger and stress is all you will endure together with loosing money and not receiving your goods.

Ordered a handbag for a 21st birthday in Jan, not received it after three weeks and customer service is non responsive

Ordered a blazer, arrived in the wrong size. I am still waiting on a refund after weeks. No response from them. Terrible service. It’s a total scam!

I ordered my item 10/1/25 and still has not arrived. They are now ignoring my emails asking for a refund.

I ordered and paid for a coat on 5th January still no delivery. It’s a scam do not buy. Even sending lots of emails only to be told it’s on it way. Still not delivered 10th February. I told them they are holding my money on false pretences now they have blocked me, email not delivered. So they don’t want to talk to me now 😡

Avoid at all cost!! Placed an order first of January. Sadly I read reviews after making a purchase. Still in shock 20 minutes after placing an order I tried to cancel it! But, of course it was not possible, as per company policy!! Few more times I tried to cancel it, but talking to Fay is like talking to wall! Today is s 10th of February, still no parcel. But luckily I paid with PayPal, so got refunded. But today, I received an email from Get Dore, asking me to contact my bank and stop refund process, because my order will be with me soon! They make you laugh!
