I have noticed a significant change in my sleep efficiency
I have noticed a significant change in my sleep efficiency after just one day of using the product. (measured with Whoop): My average efficiency went from a consisten 91% to a consistent 95%. A great deal for me since I take quite a lot of measures to improve my sleep quality.

Great coffee alternative
If you experience any issues during the shipping process, which I unfortunately did the customer support responds promptly.
After a couple of cups, I have found the best combination for me. I fill 3/4 of the cup with hot water and 1/4 of the cup with milk. It tastes awesome, and it is great if you want to switch from coffee to a different drink.
