While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Erika's work is better than 5 stars!
As a former web developer, I highly recommend Erika Sanborne Media for your professional website projects.
Erika recently completed a custom website project for us, and this review is based on that experience. We could not be more thrilled with the quality of the website in every way. It's accessible to our guests with disabilities, which is important. One new user who is blind contacted us to say how respected she felt with the ease of the navigation. The site not only loads fast, works on a variety of browsers and platforms, and has too many custom features to mention, Erika also made it look great. She took everything we discussed in our meetings with her, threw them into a pot, and stirred it all up into a masterpiece that should serve us well for years to come.
Using some of the membership aspects of our website is further supported by Erika's experience as an educator - she provides video tutorials and walk-thru demos made just for us (!), which show us how to use the key features of our new site. Throughout development, she kept us updated on her progress which met every benchmark. It's that personalized, one-on-one development that can be so hard to find, and that we value from our time on this project with Erika.
Erika also helped us with some critical "IT" tasks, which aren't really a part of website building, but as a sort of add-on. For example, she helped us set up Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 as well as figuring out Google for Nonprofits. She even automated our newsletters based on website articles, saving several weekly human hours that were previously worked by our staff who are now free to do other things than manually constructing newsletters.
The website is amazing, and I regularly hear folks say that they have discovered yet another hidden gem of a feature. We were so fortunate to work with Erika on this project. As I said before, I highly recommend Erika Sanborne Media for your professional website projects.

Erika Sanborne Media has much to offer
Erika Sanborne Media has much to offer. I have used Erika for author headshots and book promo videos. She has also created and managed my website. In addition Erika did a portrait fundraiser for the church I serve as pastor, created video content for the church website, and is under contract to create a new, up-to-date website for the church. The quality of her work is excellent. If you need headshots, a website, or videography, Erika does it all extremely well.
