Get Fit Food sørger for sunde, varierende og ikke mindst velsmagende måltider, som er tilpasset til dine behov. Du slipper for alt det tidskrævende arbejde med indkøb, madlavning og opvask. Måltiderne skal blot varmes i mikroovn i 3-4 minutter og så er der mad Get Fit Food startede i en 2-værelses lejlighed med et ekstra køleskab. Martin lavede mad til 4 venner for at supplere sin SU mens han tog en HF. Folk snakkede, telefonen begyndte at ringe og der var ikke længere plads til Get Fit Food i en 2-værelses. Martin lånte et køkken i weekenderne og antallet af måltider steg hurtigt. Derefter fandt han sine egne lokaler, hvor han flyttede ind og byggede egne køkken. Efter 1,5 år voksede han sig også ud af de lokaler og befinder sig nu i sit eget storkøkken i Skovlunde. Martin er uddannet kok i 2011 og har trænet siden 2004. Han har gået op i kost og træning lige siden. Han har blandt andet taget Anatomi og Fysiologi samt Fitness-instruktør uddannelsen.

Poor quality of the food, made with low cost products
It definitely is the most cheapest option for mealprep food in Denmark, but the quality of the food is disappointing. Everything except maybe 1 or 2 meals (I had 4 weeks with 3 meals per week) was very tasteless and not done good enough. I presume the products used are the cheapest they can find for that, meaning they weren't nice quality. The chicken was always just chicken parts from whole chicken, they didn't even bother to get off the skin and the joints which in my opinion is terrible. Everyone expects nice chicken breasts or fillet, not this thing. Also the veggies were bad, I found a few ones that looked like left out vegetables. Sorry but this will be the first and last time I am ordering and I am very sad I bought a package for 4 weeks as a first try.
