There’s a crack on the lens
There’s a crack on the lens. My Apple Tablet does not support this watch. There is no toll free number to call them for a replacement. They need to send me an app for my watch that my Apple Tablet do support.
They need to make a better quality than that. They’ve should’ve known better!
By the way, it should not take 15 days for a watch to be mailed to my home mailbox at my home address. It needs to be 5-7 or 7-10 business days NOT 15 days, that’s way to long!
Absolute disgraceful
Absolute disgraceful
I ordered 1 watch they sent and charged me for 2 the watch was rubbish so I sent them both back after a few messages to and from they sent me a refund for 1 watch and haven't sent me a refund for the other and have stopped emailing me back.. stay away from this company there a disgrace
Watch is total rubbish, but customer service is pretty good. (Eventually)
Watch is total rubbish, I paid 49.99 + 9.99 lifetime warranty. When I received the watch, I was so disapointed with the quality. The strap will break in days, the steps is not GPS and the heart and BP stats are a total mess, completely useless. The watch is so light, there can't be any decent case protection. The advert was so convincing. I started a "No hassle" return, but was very difficult to get them to respond. Only after I threatened to put my card in dispute did they get in touch. Very polite and apoIogetic but had to send several photos before they would let me have their return address - They are based in Lithuania, which cost over 12.00 to return. After a couple of e-mails chasing, they did refund me in full (Except) the return postage. All in all, a good result but is certainly not hassle free. Just bought a Garmin Fit watch and it is fantatsic. Don't be seduced by glamourus advertising, if it looks too good to be, it more than likely will be.
My experience is similar to others
My experience is similar to others. I'm not happy with the product and contracted the company. They kept using delay tactics and didn't answer my questions. Finally after I said I would seek advice from a 3rd party as they claimed they were a British company with a guaranteed money back policy. Eventually they gave me an address in Lithuania. I sent the parcel using tracked and signed. It's been 2 weeks and it's not yet delivered. I'm feeling worried that I won't get my money back. Avoid at be all costs.
Edit....
4 weeks after posting the items and further emails between us I finally received a refund. I'm relieved to say the least but the whole experience was quite stressful. I will not be buying anything online for a long time and certainly not without thorough research.
Further edit. 18/06/2021
So this is very strange. I eventually received a refund for the watches but had spent about £20 posting to Lithuania. 3 months on I arrive home to find the parcel has been returned to me. I don't think it left the customs office once in Lithuania. It's all very odd. I'm just happy that I got my money back but it was a totally stressful situation. Live and learn. Avoid.
Several False Claims in Advertising
Bought 3 as advertising stated long battery life, ECG function and waterproof to IP68. Instructions state not to wear in shower or pool not much good as supposed to be suitable for swimming. My watch lasts 11 hours on a charge so you lose all you data not much good. I contacted Customer Support who ignored my comments sending me a link for charging and the FitPro App. I contacted them again pointing out they hadn’t answered my queries and that if they couldn’t confirm waterproof and ECG I wanted to return the watches. Also didn’t comment on short battery life on the one watch. Disappointed and feel ripped off. Claim to be British owned yet don’t answer questions in emails just standard paragraphs. They even asked for photos of the items.
I purchased
I purchased, on a whim, without checking reviews, and once receiving two of the three watches I purchased, I began the trial of getting support to get the watches working, and now the the saga of the return experience which continues. It has taken 5 weeks to get an email to say I will be reimbursed within five business day. I’m now trying to get the cost of the postal cost. The saga goes on. I would give zero to this product and the company.
Do not bother with this watch
Do not bother with this watch. It is cheap and nasty. I had mine for 1 day when the flimsy pin supposed to act as the buckle for the wrist straps broke. I sent it back for refund on 12 January and had to continually chase and chase and I only got the refund today, nearly 2 months later!! Sending the watch back was also a major pain as the return address is in Lithuania

Avoid
Watch arrived as promised, needed a magnifying glass to read instructions.its not waterproof. Also doesn't work when you set it to analyse your heart rate it comes up with a random number, doesn't matter if your wearing it or not,set it to analyse my heart rate then put on side and it said 84BPM even though I wasn't wearing it,gives the impression on the website it monitors your vital sign but it doesn't, if you want it to perform anything you have to do it again and again. The app it tells you to download is not good either.i have a Samsung z fold 2 and the app doesn't fit on screen and as some buttons are hidden I have to force stop it regularly.also Internet is loaded with ads for £49 watch, bought mine from trendio for £24 but still too much.in my opinion watch is only good for telling the time, although the instructions state you move your wrist in a look at watch gesture and it comes on automatically, it doesn't. You have to touch button on bottom of screen every time.it isn't touch screen either there is one sensor on bottom of screen which operates everything. In summary AVOID
I would give 0 if I could
The item arrived with an illegible User Manual I asked numerous times for a legible copy to no avail. I asked for instructions as to how to return under 30 day guarantee and did not get a reply but did get a request to send photographs of the item. The company advertises as a British co but Customer Support is an American no. Also Customer Support is a joke.
Ordered this item
Ordered this item, not happy with it, asked to send back. It has to be shipped to Lithuania.
What an absolute con.
Arrived in a timely manner but still rubbish
Arrived in a timely manner, only to find it's a poorly made Chinese watch. I bought it for continuous blood pressure monitoring which it doesn't do. It's also hideously inaccurate reading at least 40mmHg below what my Omron monitor reads. Absolute rubbish. I have asked for a refund which should be interesting. Maybe they'll refund me but I somehow think this is unlikely.
Chinese product being advertised as Canadian
I ordered this as it was advertised as a Canadian company and after the delivery date came and went with no delivery in sight I requested as refund but was asked to wait a little longer. I couldn’t even access tracking until today at which point I see it is still in transit and actually shipped from China. I have contacted my financial institution to let them know I need this charge reversed both because of non delivery and second the fraudulent advertising of this product.
Beware as this watch didn’t work from…
Beware as this watch didn’t work from the first minute and I have wasted emails trying to get a refund without success. Lesson learnt to never trust this site again.
I can’t give any lower rating but I…
I can’t give any lower rating but I wish I could. Watch is of very poor quality and not worth the cheap box it came in. Ignore the Guarantee refund, no questions asked. It took me 4 emails repeating why I wanted to return watch. Their response was to offer half my money back but I could keep the watch. I said I didn’t want the watch. I wanted my money back as stated on their website. I was given a dodgy address in Lithuania to post the watch back to. It originally came from China!!
They would only refund when they received the watch. However, they stated they can’t guarantee receipt of order unless I pay for secure tracking of parcel. Of course posting to Lithuania from Australia, with insurance isn’t worth the trouble. Don’t waste your money!!!

02/02/2021 (The Goods Have Not Been Shipped Yet 07/02/2021)
– I placed an order this morning / I did not want 3 Fitswatch /
I was only ordering 1 – but when I was going through the sales process / it flagged up that I could have another Fitswatch for £29.99 – which I did click on so that = 2 not 3
So I need to cancel the order under the long distance selling regulations.
Im a bit cheesed off now as I am having to mess around on my days off / sorting this error.
As I only want 2 not 3.
I require your quick response A.S.A.P. Thank you
I have sent several emails to say that I want to cancel my order Under The Long Distance Selling Regulations / an email saying someone from Customer Service Olivia will be in touch soon – no one has been back in touch to cancel my order/ Or to advise what to do or how to return the goods when they arrive/ the order has been dispatched.
There is supposed to be a 100 ay money back guarantee / I hope so and I hope I don’t have to pay the return postage /Shipping fee / as these come from America somewhere.
I feel as if I am being ignored / I feel as if I have been ripped off / after reading other Trust Pilot Reviews / I wish that I had read these prior to ordering/ I did read lots of other reviews and they seemed good – poor company if they cannot get back InTouch with the customer as requested.
All TrustPilot reviews saying poor quality / short strap/ Not water proof.
I bought three of these watches for the family
I bought three of these watches for the family, I set up one of them intending to set the other 2 for the other family members. In house it was easy to use and worked, then when I got a glass on the tiny writing
in the instructions I saw it was not water proof ( we all swim ) so I decided to return them.
They did ask initially for photo evidence but I pointed out the advertised returns policy and the just said it was an error and just to return them.I did this and no thanks to brexit it eventually arrived with them, during the return period they kept in touch and couldn’t have been more reassuring that all was well. My money has been repaid and all is ok, they were easy to work with
Just a comment on the strap, I to was a bit perplexed with the strap, it wasn’t it’s length but the fastener type but on further looking at watches I have noticed that quite a few much more expensive “fit watches” use the almost identical strap.
MaxWatch is not value for money
I purchased a MaxWatch for £49.99 + delivery and Lifetime Warranty, giving an order total of £68.93.
The watch arrived in good time, but I am really disappointed with the qualty of the product.
The website says that it can be used in the shower or when swimming, but the user manual which arrived with the watch states "Bathing and swimming should not be worn", which completely contradicts the website.
Also, the watch only holds enough charge to last about 48 hours which is a considerably shorter time than its competitors. I had a FitBit Charge 3 which lasted over 1 week between charges.
My wrists are quite small, but the strap only goes around with a few holes to spare. The strap is also of a low quality, the means of joining the two sections is a press stud affair which wouldn't hold if subjected to any force it's likely to experience during day to day use.
The watch itself doesn't look very robust, I doubt it would survive long in the real world.
I'm now requesting a full refund as promised on the website.
I'll update progress when I have any.
