The company never sent my order, they billed and charged my account but never sent my order . Will be reporting it as fraud , as I sent multiple emails and they never fixed my issue or responded

One son is agreeing to wear these and it reassures me that he is getting good foot support. He had complained of leg pain and now the situation seems to have resolved. My other son refuses to wear his. Says they make him feel like the shoe is a platform. He is perhaps more particular about not feeling like things are tight- prefers sweats to slacks, for example. Likes shoes and sandals to be a little loose. So these insoles can make the foot feel more crowded which doesn’t work for a kid like him. 1 out of 2 kids is ok, I suppose! Customer service was kind when I reached out about it.

It's too pricy and while purchase it states 2 pairs, but in fact it's for a person not a set of two !! Anyways looks ok !! But not great insoles for the price !!

Great customer service. They responded quickly to my question. I purchased 3 pairs for my 13 year old who has flat feet. I noticed it slowly and after watching the video it just clicked. The insoles addressed a big part of the problem. I can tell a huge difference in his ankles not rolling in and his knees are aligned. We have always known his feet are flat, but just did not think how easy and cost effective it could be to help him.

Have sent multiple requests for the returns information and I haven’t received a reply

Warning: These products are manufactured and shipped from China (something I only discovered after purchase). It has been over two weeks and I still haven’t received my order. When I contacted customer support, they directed me to the “last mile” transportation company, who then told me to go back to FOOTSTR support. This back-and-forth has provided no resolution. I have already requested a refund, but have not received one. Buyer beware — I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I placed an order and ended up needing to cancel it shortly thereafter. Customer service was quick to respond and ensured my refund was processed in a timely manner. I will consider purchasing their product again in the future.

On 8/2 I ordered some insoles for my 6.5 year old child. It arrived around 8/13 but was an adult size. I contacted the vendor Footstr (getfootstr.com) on 8/15 to notify them of this and ask for instructions to return the product. No answer. I send another request on 8/19 only to be told that they’d closed their return operations in the USA. Something that is not mentioned on their website. On the contrary: the website states a satisfaction guarantee and no questions asked return policy.

I explained that I have no use for a large size insole and need to send it back. They started asking for further explanation for my request, picture proof of the size issue (which I provided showing the large insole next to my child’s shoe and mine for comparison). They came back with a size chart stating that the size sent was correct; which is evidently not the case. They are doing everything not to refund a product that I can’t use despite my rights and their advertised returns policy. Very disappointing and dishonest practices.

I’ve since learned that this business is a scam. Just google it… there is even a YouTube video debunking their fake website. Be warned…

Purchased 3 pairs on 7/5/2025. website claims shipping takes 7-10 business days as well as a 90 day money back guarantee. It took a month to receive them. My son rolled his ankles several times and wasn’t adjusting well to them. I requested to return them for a refund and the best they’ll do is 30% and I get to keep them. SCAM

I WAS SCAMMED!
I was charged 48.99 which I agreed to. Then I was charged 1.48 for unknown reason. I reached out and said I believe this is a scam trying to hack my account. They sent me a shipping number immediately. Its been a week and the shipping number is still invalid. I was scammed. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Great costumer service and fast shipping. The insoles are made of great quality and fits my sins shoes perfectly, he wears a size 3 youth and I order the 3/4 insoles. I would definitely recommend this insoles and will buy more.

Company is advertising saying it has high TrustPilot rating. Yet you can see if does not. I wouldn't trust them
