Julia was very professional and caring

Julia was very professional and caring. They are sending me a replacement . Furlife is a class act to replace my dog Furlife product.
I highly recommend buying from them .They stand by their products.

I had ordered three of the flea and…

I had ordered three of the flea and tick pendants from fur life for my dog and cat. When they first started wearing them I hadn't seen any fleas or ticks on my dog or cat. I had a issue with them about a week or so after they were wearing them. The oil had looked like it had evaporated and the smell was gone. I figured it was a bad batch and got in touch with them. Matt and Julia responded back within 24 hours. They wanted me to send a picture or video so, I sent them both. Matt and Julia responded right back to me and told me they would replace them so, I told them that would be fine. The replacements are on their way. Matt and Julia was accurate and kind, responded quickly, very civil and friendly. And great customer service. I recommend them to anyone as the best customer service I have dealt with in a long time. Thanks so much Matt and Julia God bless you all and may God bless everything that you touch have a great day. And thank you for what you do for the animals. You're doing a great job.

Furlife

Furlife
I can't vouch for the effectiveness of this product only for the customer service. I ordered four total pendants. I received one.
My dog got his but my cats didn't get theirs.
I emailed the company and they had no issue with sending me the rest of my order. I've been in contact with Roy and Julia. They're been very helpful.

Quick customer service and smells great

I ordered two pendants for my dogs but only received one in my delivery. I reached out to customer service and JeAnne was very quick to respond and get another pendant shipped out. The one my dog had on now smells great and I love that it’s non-toxic!

For this one I am going to need more…

For this one I am going to need more than 5 stars! Ramon was by far the best rep I had for anything in this wild world for a long time!!!!
Fast, efficient, and determined to make things right in anyway possibly. The customer service I just received from Ramon was on point and definitely delivered results with integrity. I sure hope this company keeps their employees paid up to keep them happy and delivering like what I received today bc its hard to find good employees and if you've got good ones you don't want to loose them. Ramon thank you again for your help and I greatly appreciate you! Keep shining and delivering like you did for me today and you will go far in life, hands down! I will be sending all my fur family and friends your way. You rock! Have a blessed day and fabulous weekend, you deserve it for sure!

I have been using FurLife for my dogs…

I have been using FurLife for my dogs since last year and it definitely works! This year after I got my order in February, I noticed a small leak in my pod in March and by April the pod was completely dry and empty. I emailed the company and they are sending me replacement pods. Great and fast customer support service 👏🏻 ❤️

Miss julia went above and beyond and did an excellent job because i submitted a order without my promo code and she gave me it anyway i was talking abt a promo code tht i got as a welcome for 37% off but when she put the code in her system it was 22% off 4 items purchase but gave ne thw promo anyway

Amazing

Amazing! My pup has been on for 2 years plus the vitamins and she has not had a single flee or tick.
Had a minor problem w a product and their support didn’t push back, they immediately resolved and shipped replacement.

No hassle help!

My package was lost or stolen one and the customer service reps I delt with, Glisson and Julia were absolutely phenomenal! They were so kind and helpful! Got my products reshipped to me quickly and with such great attitudes. Not only do I love the furlife products but they have wonderful customer service!

Customer service

My package arrived damaged. However, I reached out to Furlife right away. I sent an email and photos regarding my order. To my surprise, JeAnne, responded the same day. A replacement item is already on it's way! I am thankful for the speedy response and easy transaction. I am looking forward to trying furlife for our pups!

Furlife is amazing!

Furlife is amazing! We lost our sweet Molly two days ago at 5 years old. We are totally devastated. I messaged Furlife to see how to return the product. Julia kindly said we are refunding the full charge and you just keep it and donate it somewhere. In this world, that act of kindness made my day! I highly recommend any company that still shows customer service!
