I have tried to work with this company for 3 years now to get my book published. I have gone through 3 different people to work with. this last person
Krystal Dean never calls you, wont return text messages says there legit, but... I am paid in full and never got any results as of today. She will set up meetings and never calls, or emails you. I am now going to FTC and BBB to report this company. Buyers BEWARE!!! I feel SCAMMED!!!

These guys were going to publish my manuscript. Paid the money $499 (us). The editing was very poor, missing spellings and conjugations. I had to do the corrections myself. This went on and on. They were not transparent to me. Their communication was very poor. After not hearing from them they told me they had lost power like it was important to me after paying them the money. They gave me another manager without explaining to me the reason. I was dissatisfied with the entire process, especially the editing. I told them I cannot continue to work with them because of the poor editing. I paid them to do the work, however, I am the one doing the work. On the contract they stated, that if not satisfied, money would be returned 100%. I asked for a refund, they NEVER gave me my refund. From $400 US, they were offered me $50. So watch out, they are not sincere. They ate my money for not doing the work.

I can not express the gratitude for the professionalism and care I have recieved thus far from my project manager John Williams. Every step forward I get more excited and can't wait to see the next finished process in our calibration. Having this guidance has given me the courage to keep going and make my dreams come true by producing a book that has the potential to uplift love and humanity.

I was shook how good the book cover came out John William and his team did a great job the book cover look very professional and clean it look like a movie thumbnail picture I'm very excited for finish product.

Ms. Judy is an angel sent by God to me in this season. She walked me through every step and was into my story. She was very caring and lovely even though I was getting emotional through the journey. She was very patient with me and always trying to get the best deal for me. Ms. Judy is the best
