most I enrolled with Global Immigration Services in 2025 for German language coaching and PR assistance but due to my health issues I have not attended the classes not Even a single month but I paid every month like 6 months .till now I have paid around ₹36,000but after that due to my health reasons I quit job also .so i conveyed my problems and concern with RM likith and Ayan and some of the senior management regarding the same and i requested for the course discontinuation and refund.since 3 months I'm requesting them for the same but there is no response from the team how bad the team dealing with how unprofessional being unresponsive to the phone calls .pls don't trust this consultancy.and i am sure if this is not resolved in one more week I'll definitely take the legal approach otherwise I need to take off my life because this trauma because I'm facing big difficulty to pay every month and getting calls from Northern Arc regarding EMi'S which making me more depressed.if anything happens to me GET GIS team only responsible for that.i should get justice atleast after that.

I do not recommend their services based on this lack of transparency and responsibility. I am now escalating this through official consumer grievance channels.

Hi had the chance to have the sessions with Abhilasha Sandeep at IELTS material, she is an excellent personality ,warm and extremely talented. Her immense support and guidance throughout the month will stay with me forever.

My experience with my mentor is been super well till date

I've doing my Australian PR process through GetGis. They are an excellent organization and very knowledgeable regarding the process. Also all employees are very helpful. I'll recommend it to everyone doing AUS, NZ, CAN, UK PR or student visa processes.

I used GetGIS for my Australian PR process and my experience has been extremely disappointing.
From the beginning, there was constant pressure to make payments, including for document verification fees which were supposed to be paid directly to the Australian authorities. During Diwali 2024, due to the festive rush, I went ahead and made the payment.
However, I later decided not to proceed with the application. While I understand that GETGIS agency fees may be non-refundable(which is around 1lac), I was charged for services I did not formally sign up for (the document verification with australian authorities), and those amounts should have been refunded.
It has now been over a year, and despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received my refund. To make matters worse, more than half of the staff who were coordinating my case have left, leading to a complete lack of continuity and accountability.

Overall, the experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and financially disappointing. I would advise others to exercise caution before engaging their services.

My experience for Canada Pr is till now great.
I have completed ielts test and all the lessons were handled professionally by ielts materials instructor - Nejma.
Going ahead with further process.

I would like to talk about the star of the services. Mr.Purvang the IELTS trainer who was excellent and knows the product and knows how to approach the candidates, very cool guy. Taught me lot of things that help me in my exam.

As I fought for my refund after many email to them and they said they will refund the amount but I am still waiting for my refund after 6 months.

Just stared my classes for german language with prakriti who's my cordinator for my file so far going good

The classes are interactive and teachers are cooperative according to your speed and catching

I had two major issues with this company. Initially, I was misled during counseling with false promises about my eligibility for Canada PR, and they refused to refund the ₹1.30 lakh registration fee. Later, I proceeded with the Germany Opportunity Card visa process. The visa consultant (Mr. Alok) was professional and supportive, and my visa was approved.

However, the major problem is with the RM, team leaders, and operations team. They are unresponsive and do not provide timely support. On 6 Feb 2026, I paid ₹45,000 for pre- and post-landing services in Germany, which are handled by a third-party vendor. I was promised a signed agreement after payment, but despite multiple follow-ups, I never received it. My calls and emails were ignored.

Even after escalating to their admin email and customer support, no one responded as promised. There is no proper escalation or resolution system.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to poor professionalism and lack of support.

IELTS Material has a good technique and training to help the improvement of the IELTS score result.

My sessions with Mr: Purvang Patel were outstanding. His teaching is clear understandble and tailored for teach students needs. The practical strategies provided for all sessions of the exam along with insightful feedback helped on my performance. Thanks to his guidance i feel well prepared end motivated to achieve my target score.
