I would love to give more stars! I have worked with them twice now and Justin has been amazing during both times! I really felt like he cared about my values and where I was at and how to make sure I got the car that was close or at most my dream car! I had the opportunity to work with Matt. After trying for 2 years to find the right vehicle for my family, and getting nothing but horrible experiences at other places, Matt found me exactly what I needed. Not only did he meet every expectation I put forth, but he did it in an impressive amount of time. He kept me in the loop, never ignored my calls, and made me feel like I wasn’t being a complete pain (even though I know I was). I have advised multiple people to contact Matt for their future vehicle purchases. I can not thank him enough for the work he put in.

Very easy company to work with. Tyler was very informative and walked me through every step of the financing process. I have been trying to get financing for a vehicle for a while now and kept getting turned down from dealerships. They would always ask for a cosigner. Tyler got it done with no cosigner and no down payment and I’m very happy with my new ram 1500. The whole process start to finish took only two days. Thanks guys! !!

Avoid Mitchell Ambridge and Zach (can't remember last name) like the plague. Save your money and go somewhere that isn't run by such slimy people.

Bought a car a handful of months ago that has been nothing but problems. The buying process also was a headache where I had to wait a month due to another salesman selling the car I had already been approved for. I was offered a different car with lower km. They said they'd sell it to me at cost, and throw in 500 bucks as a sorry for the huge headache. It took them 4 months to finally give me that money.

Contacting Zach after I had bought the car and started noticing problems, was similar to trying to get a story out of my toddler. Excuse after excuse for his awful work ethic. Eventually he just stopped replying for 2 months. Finally I was contacted by Mitchell Ambridge, the finance director of Getgoing.
He ALSO took weeks to get me the inspection I asked for months prior from Zach.
Once I got it, it showed quite clearly that over a thousand dollars worth of work is needing to be done, as specified by the inspecting mechanic. The problems were:
-All four tires were extremely low on tread, the rear being the worst, showing over worn edges. (the car was driven a while with underinflated tires)
-The rear brake rotors are rusted
-All brake pads will need to be changed at my next oil change
-Rear brakes make a very loud click sound when the brakes are applied.
-The battery needs recharging
-Lastly, an issue not detected by the mechanic is while at low rpm, the throttle is unresponsive and it idles rough.

Mitch, after I had made innumerable attempts to get an answer, finally gave me some nonsense salesman excuse about how "he couldn't possibly fix every car that comes through their doors".

Do not buy anything from these snakes. It's been a horrible experience from the beginning. And it is still a horrible experience 5 months later.
