Love the Get Graded slabs
Love the Get Graded slabs. Have sent in multiple submissions. There have been some delays in tur around but that's due to demand. Cards always received well packaged and even got a freebie thrown in once which was a nice touch. Looking forward to trying the new booster pack grading service.

The best UK grading company in the scene! I have submitted just over 400 cards in total over the past 12 months, needless to say the slabs are fire, the waiting times was pretty good, I'm a big fan of there honest grading, much quicker then other company's.

Great Slabs and customer service
Was a little late receiving my cards back but company apologised for the delay and it’s still a lot quicker than other grading companies so no problem. When cards arrived they came extremely well packaged in a nice box. Slabs look excellent. Would recommend and will be using them again in the future :)
Good slabs, just takes a long long while!
Used first time and took 4 months for 2 cards, 2nd time sent cards and received on 2nd December with the promise of 6-8 weeks. Currently on week 12 and not graded let alone shipped. A third batch I sent in Jan but I can’t see that being 6-8 weeks.
Slightly annoying that they are still currently advertising as 6-8 weeks, rather just be given a realistic estimate. Slabs are great and presented well. Customer service is good, usually 24 hour reply since new management.

had 2 orders in with get graded
1st order was with the old owners and all I can say was shocking experience delay after delay
but in october the new owners took over and I decided to give them another shot and I was not disappointed at all service was so good and the improvements in portal and customer service was enormous so much so I have since sent another submission off and these are my go to company for grading
Fantastic Service and Product Quality
Fantastic all round. Get Graded were very honest about their service and the expected dates the slabs should be back with us. There was a small issue with their labelling, which they addressed with their supplier. They kept us in the loop the whole time.
Their slabs are excellent quality and it goes without saying their labelling matches. If youre a collector and want accurate grading at a reasonable price, you've found the company.

Get Graded (GG) were great from start…
Get Graded (GG) were great from start to finish. They were very transparent about expected turnaround time for the grading process. GG allowed us to drop the cards off in person, as well as pick them up and were very reassuring for us as collectors.
The cards were returned in great quality slabs, with crisp font and accurate/fair grades.
People have their opinions, but GG have a big future in card grading.
Won't use again
Getgraded graded numerous cards for me at a good price. I'm not sure I'm going to use them again though.
They packaged my cards very well but my best card has a small crack in the slab. This crack would of happened prior to packing. I did email them about this but they never replied. I've contacted them before and had no response.
They need to hire someone to actually responds to emails, not everyone is sweating like a crackhead wanting to know when their slabs will be returned, some have genuine concerns that are not ever responded to.
I really wanted to like Getgraded but I think this year I'll find another UK grading company.

Avoid. Battered Slab. Shocking customer service
Shocking! Received my card back in a damaged slab. Even the Getgraded little card inside is battered and tatty. Customer service is non-existent (impossible to contact) Seems as soon as they get your money they don't care. Avoid!

Sent cards back in August to be graded and nothing since! I've emailed numerous times and not had anything back whatsoever. Not even an acknowledgment. Absolutely shocking service and basically fraud. Due to the lack of communication it's probably safe to say they have lost the cards.

Unfortunately still currently waiting on my express cards to arrive.
Was originally told that they should be all done and sent out on Friday 29th October.
After not receiving any confirmation that my submission had been dispatched, I went and asked for confirmation which was then told that it would be out by Thursday 4th November.
On Saturday 6th November, I got a message that DPD hadn’t arrived and that my submission will be sent out on either Monday 8th or Tuesday 9th November
I still haven’t received any confirmation that my submission has been dispatched.
Through my personal experience, I have had fairly decent communication and the staff seem very nice and approachable to discuss any problems but with the current situation, I feel that I’m being let down as a customer.
Utterly shocking service
Utterly shocking service. Cards still not returned after being shown on the portal as graded over 6 weeks ago. Communication is dire. It's my opinion that these cards have gone missing.

Get Graded! In my opinion are the best UK grading company and my first choice 👌 iv sent 3 or 4 submissions to this company and not once had a thing to complain about. Communication was above standard and tbh is only improving. Since the company has been taken into new hands uts been flourishing. Despite the negative hate of the Facebook pokemon community.
Yes not everything has been plain sailing and yes mistakes have been made. But I can see as many many more can, the improvements being placed by the new owners.
It's only up from here guys keep up the amazing work
