Well, I gave it one more try and finally the order was received in a good shape within the same expected delivery day.
Only 1 item was missed and this could happened.
And generally, I have some notes that could be enhanced...
1- No updates received from GetHalal in between placed order and delivered order messages.
2- I received a message telling me the order was delivered while it was delivered 3 hrs later :)
Generally, It was good.

Chicken was a little stale. Customer care contacted me and told me they have changed their delivery partners and offered me a discount. Will give them another try.

Decent but needs some improvement
Overall it is a good service. Giving 4 stars because there is always too much and too hard skin on the chicken; almost half the weight of the chicken meat is of the excess skin which has to be removed after it arrives, and this leaves little chicken meat to be actually used for cooking.
