Paid over 3k to offer financing to my customers for a year. Nobody wanted it because the rates are high. Never got a job because of this company. They spam my email, always trying to sell additional services like AI receptionist and other things I don't need. They charged my card for a second year for more than 3k again. I called immediately and they got upset that I was upset and got hung up on me by some guy with a heavy accent.

Ever since I began setting up Hopper, Mariela has been incredibly patient and helpful. Despite my busy schedule, she consistently followed up with me over the past few weeks to ensure I stayed on track. Dog shit company, financing options are terrible and most customers dont get approved. When inquired about getting a refund literally not even 24 hours after purchase. NO RESPONSE. This is literally a legal scam, contractor beware! Filed a dispute with my bank
