WOW!

Sent my son's Nexus 4 to get a replacement screen after he dropped it onto tarmac. Slightly lower prices were on offer elsewhere on the internet but I was encouraged by all the positive reviews from others. I sent it on the Tuesday and it was back with me on the Friday accompanied by all the update e-mails during the whole process. What made getitrepaired.co.uk's customer service even more astonishing was that my son's phone developed a single crack in the corner of the screen four days after getting it back. I contacted getitrepaired.co.uk who replaced it free of charge, no quibbles. Sent on the Wednesday; back in my hand on the Friday. Superb response!

Fast, fast, fast - and great communication!

Smashed my LG G2's screen for the second time in 6 months. Obviously not pleased but Get It Repaired were truly a revelation – popped it in the post on Monday lunchtime and it was back at 2:15pm on Wednesday. Emails at every stage too – such great service outweighs the cost. Far better than LG's recommended repair agent - they took a month to return my phone last time I broke it and had the communication skills of a chimp.

World Class service

My Nexus 7 would not charge. I looked around for someone to repair it and the only suppliers I could find were charging around £90 to repair. Given the cost of reasonable low cost tablets, I put the Nexus aside for a couple of months expecting to have to replace it some time. By chance I came across get it repaired, who were offering repairs for the symptom my tablet was eperiencing at a much lower cost, making it economically viable, even if they could not repair it.

I posted the device on a Saturday and the same day they received it (Tuesday), they advised me by mail each time the status of the order changed at receipt, In work, repaired, tested, dispatched and delivery. The working device was back with me by Wednesday.

It is hard to see how the Service and communication could have been better for a remote service. If this company provide the service you want, use them.

Much faster than expected.

A very speedy turn around for a screen/digitiser replacement. Sent it monday was back in my hand repaired wednesday.

The repair job is faultless. The price was a little steep, but I was willing to pay it for it to not be done in some dodgy back ally "phone accessory" shop.

The job was worth the money.

Amazing service

Sent off my sons nexus 7 via royal mail special delivery to have the charging port fixed on a Monday morning, it was returned, fixed at 2pm Wednesday!!! Wow, I received several emails updating me on the progress of the repair too.
Will definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone.
The cost of the repair was also cheaper than taking into our local high street gaming shop to repair..

Excellent service and quality repair. My nexus 5 returned unmarked after screen replacement.

Top quality replacement service of my badly cracked Nexus 5 screen. Never dropped a phone before (onto concrete!) so never needed to use a repair service before. Although I found a cheaper company online their reviews were not good (or "suspended") and the prompt service and top courier company (with a one hour delivery window which they kept) sealed the deal for me. Well worth the extra cost for peace of mind.

Very organised and professional repairs

I had broken the glass and LED on the phone. It was easy to order an online repair. A prepaid box arrived and I sent it away on the weekend. At each stage, they sent e mail updates. The repairs were quickly accomplished and they returned the phone 2 days later. I was not at home but was able to quickly rearrange another delivery time online. A very well organised and professional service.

1st Class Service

Top marks, sent iPhone 4s for repair, was kept informed at every stage of the process and the item was returned fully repaired the next day!

Superbly clear, rapid and customer focussed service - excellent!

The ordering process online was very clear, straightforward and gave me complete confidence. The fact that so many independent customer reviews were available also made me choose GetItRepaired over ceompetitors - many of whom offer a lower cost but instilled little confidence.

I welcomed the frequent text and email status reports of the progress of my repair - and it was FAST! Beginning to end took 3-4 days and that's superb for a remote service.

I will definitely use them again if I need a repair.

Excellent work and excellent service.

I had an IPad 2 with a cracked screen. I used the pre-paid box to send the device off and it was received, repaired and dispatched the next day. I got an email at each stage to inform me of the progress and when I was informed of the delivery data and realised I wouldn't be in, I was able to re-arrange the delivery for a Sunday at no extra cost.

The repair was well done and worked perfectly too! Top notch.

Astonishingly fast response

Thursday night - emailed to ask what repair option on website I needed for a Nexus 7 with a knackered headphone jack.
Friday lunchtime - they emailed me to say that they had added that as a new option to the website.
Saturday - posted tablet
Monday lunchtime it arrives
Monday afternoon - emails saying "received, fixed, tested, posted"
Tuesday lunchtime - got my tablet back.
This was really fast service!

Excellent Service

Had my 4th G Ipod touch repaired in May this year, but a fault developed. I was a bit concerned about getting it repaired under warranty as I'm a sceptical person when it comes to things like this. Get It Repaired fixed the screen again for free, despite the fact that the screen had cracked in an unrelated incident and the warranty was actually void. The regular email updates about the repair also help to instil confidence that the job is being done and your device is in good hands. It's great to know that they can deliver great quality service not only the first time, but also with regards to warranty as well!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company - I'm so attached to my iPod and they couldn't have taken better care of it.

Absolutely brilliant - Sent off on Saturday, returned by Tuesday

We had a broken Nexus 7 screen. I paid onine and we posted on a Saturday. On Monday we got a stream of emails explaining that the unit had been received, then that it was being assessed, then it was being repaired, then it was being dispatched. By 2pm it was in the post on the way back to us!

Very impressed with the service and communication. If anything, there was too much communication, but I'd prefer that to none at all!

Exemplary service in every respect

Screen replacement for Nexus 4 carried out speedily and efficiently. Return courier (Interlink Express) equally impressive arriving within two minutes of start of pre notified 1 hr delivery slot.
