It was easy to log my repair request and the repair was carried out very quickly with good communication throughout by email. I am also very happy with the repair!

I sent my phone to have the screen repaired on Monday 30th December. Bearing in mind the time of year with bank holidays etc. I received it back on 3rd January. I was emailed every step of the way so I knew when the phone had been received and what the status was on the job. I would highly recommend this company and whilst I hope I don't drop my phone again, I know where i'd send it if I did.

I sent my daughter's iPad Mini with a shattered screen for repair on the 27 December and received it back as good as new on the 3 January, that's an excellent turn round given the time of year. I particularly like receiving email updates from Getitrepaired as to where the iPad was in their system eg received, repair started, testing and dispatch. They provide a first rate service at a reasonable prize.

First class. I sent my device on a Wednesday and had received it back fully repaired on Friday. I received emails throughout the repair process so I knew easily how my repair was progressing and exactly what stage it was at during the process. The device came back working as good as new.

Price for my screen repair was as good as any other I could find and they did an excellent job. My one slight niggle was that it took rather more than 24 hours from the job arriving to the job leaving with the result that it took 1 to 2 days longer than I expected to get my phone back.
