I was gutted when I smashed the screen on my iPad but this service was excellent, back with me in 2 days lots of updates via e mail about the status of my repair and very reasonable price. Couldn't be happier!

Sent off the damaged iPhone and ipod. They were both repaired on day of receipt and posted back. The service could not gave been quicker and I was updated at all stages. I would highly recommend Get It Repaired Ltd.

I had a iphone 4s with both front and back glass screen broken and chips put of the aide . so i saw good reviews on this website and thought I would give it ago it also had affordable and low prices . I sent my phone away on late Wednesday and on the Thursday I was getting a email for every procedure they were doing . It had also been dispatched that very day and I received it early Friday morning . It came all protected in bubble wrap and wen I looked at it my phone looked brand new . It really does look brand new and I am so happy to receives it and such a high standard and I'm very impressed , I'm defintly going to recommend this to all my friends . Thanks so much

I dropped my iPhone 4 and smashed the screen. Contacted Get It Repaired and arranged the repair which was done promptly, and communication was excellent. The phone looks like new. There was a slight (unrelated) fault with a sensor on the phone once I received it back - I contacted Get It Repaired again and they took the phone back and quickly sorted this for me as well free of charge. More than happy with the service I’ve received, would definitely recommend.

When I accidentally broke the screen of my new Nexus 7 I was gutted. I surfed the internet for a repair service that I thought I could trust - you never know with this sort of thing and you are paying up-front.
Anyway, I decided to put my faith in Get it Repaired. Their web site looked professional and a quick turn around was promised. I posted my device off Thursday lunchtime, received an e-mail first thing Friday morning to say they had taken delivery, then a number of e-mails advising me of the progress, before taken receipt of my fully repaired Nexus in the post Saturday morning.
I was delighted, the screen looked as good as new, and considering my device had travelled half way up the country and back, the speed of service was amazing.

My N7 had a cracked screen and was rendered effectively useless. I sent it on a Wednesday it was repaired on the Thursday and sent back to me on the Friday. Throughout the period the email updates were informative. A lot of ‘bigger’ firms could learn about customer service from Get it Repaired. Should I need other repairs then I will definitely use them again.

I would thoroughly recommend Get It Repaired to repair your device. I contacted them online after dropping my ipad 4 and sent my ipad to them on Monday night - I was emailed at each stage of the repair including when my ipad was recieved, repair started and when my ipad was on its way back. From posting my ipad until I got it back on the Thursday I was well informed. The service was very quick and I am very pleased with the screen repair. My ipad is like new again.

I sent my phone off on Monday for a power button repair on my iPhone and it arrived back on the Thursday in excellent condition and the power button back to life! Communication was fantastic - I was told about the whole process from repair to it being sent back. Very reassuring!

My daughter accidentally dropped her ipad which smashed the screen on the left hand side. We found 'Get it Repaired Ltd' and enquired how much and how fast it would take to repair. The cost and time that it took was very good and we got the ipad back within a few days, we posted it on a Thursday and got it back Tuesday. Very impressed. Would definintely recommend.

Sent off Weds, iPod fixed thurs, and received Fri! Very efficient, was kept informed at each stage of the repair. Spoke to friendly guy to take payment. Very reasonable price and iPod is just like new. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I sent my sons iPhone to be repaired as the power button and volume buttons were not working. The repairs were completed on the day that the phone arrived. Throughout the process i was kept up-to-date with progress and advised on the day and time it would be returned. All communication with the guys at Getitrepaired was polite, informative and helpful. They even tightened up all components inside the phone which had been left loose from a previous repair as this phone was purchased as a refurb. I would highly recommend this service as an economical way of getting your device repaired rather than having to discard it for a new one. I would definitely use them again! Such good customer service is a rare treat!!

My partner dropped his HTC one X and smashed the screen, after searching through google to find somewhere to get it fixed. I come across "get it repaired" I gave them a call and checked how long it would take, they said they had the screen and would turn it around the day it was received.
I sent the phone in on a Monday and had it back Wednesday morning, it was well packaged. There was no dust, no fingerprints. It was perfect.

Hopefully I will not need to use them again, but if I do brake anything Get it repaired will be the first place I go.
