Product not as described. Misled by Getitt website info and claims. Product not from UK warehouse, rather China. Zero response from customer services.

Don't waste your money.

Also how come when you search for something you find Getitt sell it but when you go in through their website they don't have it? As suspicious as the company accounts submitted to Companies House...

I recently purchased a New Anti-Rust Magical Metal Windmill-Kinetic Metal Wind Spinners
I will be really truthful, about this for anyone reading this review.
The positive was that they supplied a tracking number and I was able to track the package from source to delivery
The negatives however sadly outweigh the situation
1 Not until you've purchased any item are you told it is coming from China- the advertising is false and gives the impression that it is already in the UK.
2 The images are deceiving You are led to believe that it is much larger and it actually is.
3 The quality is very poor- it is almost like tinfoil and I fear that it would not survive in any strong breeze.
4 The most annoying thing is that it certainly is not worth the £32.97 I paid for it.
5 Sending any message to customer services is useless, since this in not a service merely a number
there is no chance of getting a refund despite their claims.
Summary If you have money to throw away and want to support a company that has no credibility, poor quality products and false advertising then this is the company for you. If the company is reading this (which I doubt) I have tried to contact you but have just been ignored !!!
Enough is enough YOU SHOULD NOT BE TRADING!!

I ordered a Starscope monocular and received an inferior item, which hardly magnifies the image. I repeatedly emailed to get a refund but received no reply.

do not buy from this company. i wish i had read the review prior to me placing my order. you cannot get a response from them, even when trying to call them on the number they have provided. i have been trying to return the product as its of poor quality.

This company deserves no stars.

Wish I could give no stars. I bought 2 windspinners. They don't turn in the wind and the stake is really flimsy. They cost £65 fir both and were bought as gifts but i'm stuck with them because they're nothing like the one pictured. Getitt have the headline on their website 15 day warranty and easy returns, utter rubbish. I've emailed, had one response asking for evidence that the product doesn't work, then silence. Scammers, who should not be allowed to operate in the UK. Do not buy anything from them.

If only I had checked the reviews before ordering a Starscope Monocular - A Christmas present for my wife. Everything the other reviewers has said is true. The number is an answerphone which is never answered. My numerous E mails are not answered. This company is a disgrace and should not be in business. I have no idea when or if my gift will arrive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They should be called Don't Getitt.

Don't buy anything from this company. They do not respond to any emails. I've tried to get a refund from an order I cancelled within two hours of purchasing, to no avail. I am now stuck with my order, as they don't accept returns.
I thought I was buying from a UK site, but the goods are posted from China, which you only find out after you've made a purchase.
I would give this company a zero if it was allowed.

ordered wind spinner dimensions quoted on site 99x31.5 cm . it should read 99mmx31.5cm. so when it arrived its very small. in fact you can get this same spinner on line for £11 from Amazon. its a complete con. Advertised that price slashed from £64.27 to
£32.97 what a joke! its not a uk company. no body has replied to my 4 emails and three phone calls, its Chinese. kicking myself for not checking out there reviews. Totally agree with other reviews. do not go near them with a barge pole. product rubbish, customer service rubbish.

Bought a cat tracker. It is incomplete as you have to buy a sim to go in it- this is not made clear at all in the description!
(Also comes with a collar that, although adjustable is far too wide for a cats neck- it fits my medium sized dog!)
Absolutely useless and will not provide a refund.

Bought a monster truck for my littel one. Come with no instructions can't pair truck with controller , send few emails asked kindly to send instruction how to pair truck with remote control. All ignored basicly truck do not work. Waste of money and time.
