I have reached out to your customer support in about 10 minutes after ordering jet hose and noticed that I’ve ordered 3 instead of one and was told that it is already too late to make any changes.
After I received 3 jet hoses (March 30, 2026) i got number of emails from the customer service, none provided return address and offering only 25% of the order value if I keep the hoses. That does not seem fair to me. Will not use this company again and will tell all my contacts about this difficult experience.

Too many additives, I've had this pressure. Washer before my grandson lost the pieces to it. So now I have to buy a brand new one I am satisfied.

Update: still advise to be very wary of this company. It is very clearly stated on their website that if you are unhappy for any reason they offer a 30-day money back guarantee with a full refund. I requested this after the interaction below, and was initially offered a 25% refund. I pointed out their website guarantee, and then was offered a 45% refund (and in each interaction they tried to suggest they were helping me by saving me the cost of returning the item and the chance my item may not meet their strict returns policy… unused item, undamaged, in original packaging). This was in spite of the fact their product was not fit for purpose…. not because I’d changed my mind. In the end they offered a 70% refund (which I accepted after spending 2 days replying to their emails) which does appear to be on its way. That said, this is not what they advertise, they did charge shipping costs (again not what they advertise) and their product did not work. I am honestly struggling to believe these other positive reviews, because my experience form start to finish has been awful.

Be very wary of this company. I bought the JetHose, was told postage was free (it wasn’t), was then constantly spammed with emails about other ‘amazing’ products I could have. When it turned up it didn’t connect to two hoses (it leaks at the connection point - so I have no idea how good the product could be). Wrote to customer services initially for advice, got a bot/AI response, asked to complete a survey (which I did), then ‘Victor’ emailed a few days later saying they’d closed the query (maybe a stalling tactic for what I suspect is an ‘imaginary’ 30 day refund window). Now being told they can’t find my order number, blah blah… honestly look on EBay, other poor customers are selling them for £11. Almost certain I will not get any refund, so only hope is I can help others save their money.

I had no issues with the company. The time between order and delivery was long but I understood that. They were also helpful when I asked for tracking help. And were very prompt in responding to my questions. My problem was the product I ordered did not work at all.

This company immediately responded to my concerns re the jet hose, and helped me with a solution.

Informative website, ordering product was easy until checkout , discounts popping up before payment and before you know it I have ordered two products and didn’t realise until after payment. I immediately email the company to cancel the extra order only to be told it’s already processed!! Hard to believe in a such a short time, but was reassured under 30 day guarantee I could return it for a refund. On line support has been very helpful. However product is not performing as advertised, so returning both units. Very disappointed. Also feel it’s over priced.

I did receive a quick response but I am still having difficulty getting the optimum pressure, as the attachment is not sealing properly.

My emails were returned within 24 hours or sooner, so that was reassuring.
But i tried to cancel my order literally 2mins after i ordered, but was told somehow it had magically already shipped, although i didn't get a tracking number until days later.

I have been contacted immediately, and am now waiting for a positive outcome.

After making an error in ordering I contacted Jethose and they replied immediately and rectified the problem with no argument or difficulty. They were efficient, courteous and understanding. Could not recommend them more highly.

I ordered one Jethose and received three. I tried to cancel the order when I realized that 3 were ordered but was told it was already processed and "shipped" therefore nothing could be done. I want one and want to return the other two.

The support person was knowledgeable about the process of my request.

I had to make arrangements to return an Item to JetHose. I contacted JetHose to start the procedure and their response was amazing. The person at JetHose responded to my request within minutes and I had what was required to return the Item. Complete customer satisfaction. Thank You !!

The customer service person was very easy to understand and spoke slowly.
