An excellent service from start to finish. Really helpful telephone advice about beds (as I needed a bespoke longer length). Easy ordering. And excellent, timely delivery and assembly service, all done in the blink of an eye. The bed looks glorious too.

Adam & Sean were fantastic from start to finish. Despite being in the middle of a heatwave and being one of their last deliveries of the day, they set about their work with zero fuss and were done in short order. They even went the extra mile and made sure our new mattress was set up on the new bed they'd just put together, making sure everything was good to go before they left. Whenever we, or others, need a new bed, we'll be sure to use Get Laid Beds again/shoot a recommendation for using the assembly service. Couldn't have asked for more!

I reached out to support for a spare part for a used bed I had recently purchased Many manufacturers would consider refusing a request for this, but Steven responded quickly and within 3 messages on WhatsApp had organised the spare part and generated payments links for me to purchase the part.
The experience was smooth, painless and it was a pleasure dealing with the organisation.

Amazing - guy sorted it in five mins and was friendly and confident

We bought a bed three years ago and are still thoroughly happy with it. What’s even better is the customer service. A few days ago I needed to disassemble the bed and realised I’d lost the guide. I contacted customer services and Steven promptly sent me a PDF copy the same day. It was absolutely stellar!
