We required two additional bed slats due to changing our mattress. Elisha was very helpful in assisting us with that additional order and the slats were received the following week. We originally ordered our bed in 2021 and the quality of the bed is excellent. That, combined with the good customer service we have had recently are deserving of 5 stars.

I totally love the bed. It’s so sleek and super comfy. Todd and Paulo were great and very efficient at building the bed in our loft room. Even when there was a slight issue with the bed. They sorted it really quickly and the customer services were extremely helpful. I would absolutely recommend Get Laid Beds.

We had an outstanding experience with this company from start to finish. Their customer service has been exceptional every step of the way.

The beds come from England, and unfortunately, the box arrived a little banged up during transit, causing a few parts to be damaged. I emailed their customer service, and they responded almost immediately. They quickly shipped the replacement parts without any hassle, making what could have been a frustrating experience completely stress-free.

I also had a question while assembling the bed, and Elisha, their customer service representative was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly stands behind its products and takes such great care of its customers.

The bed itself is beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for. Based on this experience, we wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again. In fact, when we're ready to furnish our guest bedroom with a similar bed, they'll be our first choice.

Buying from Get Laid Beds was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The website was easy to use, and getting wood samples first made it simple to choose the final finish. I was highly impressed by the quick lead time, less than 3 weeks for a built-to-order, handmade bed!

On the day, Adam and Sean were great. Very friendly and professional, and they did an incredible job putting a double bed together in a pretty tight room. They were so quiet and efficient that I was able to continue working in the room next door. The solid maple bed looks brilliant and feels really solid. Absolutely worth the extra cost for the assembly service. 5 stars

Ordered a solid pine king frame — clear updates at every build stage, and when I added floating shelves after ordering she sorted it fast, answered my questions on the phone, and resent an updated confirmation with no fuss. Prompt, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Will update on the bed once delivered.

Update 10/07: Post-purchase service equally strong — Steven honoured a sale price that had already expired and refunded the difference within the hour. Rare to see this level of care on both sides of payment. Genuinely impressed with how this order’s been handled start to finish.
