Spencer and Steven were really helpful- they sent us wood samples which arrived within 2 days and then we bought my daughter's four poster bed. They knew the dimensions and were able to accommodate the measurements to get the bed set perfectly for our new home. Wishing everyone knew their products as well and was as courteous. I placed my order for a customized bed frame with Lenni. She took the time to answer each of my questions, to reassure me that my understanding of the conversions from centimeters to inches was correct, that my customization request would be just as I wanted it, and that the delivery date would meet my needs. Additionally, she has a delightful accent and laugh, and her genuineness makes me have trust in the company and in her. When I made an enquiry about the bed pre-purchase, I received a very quick response.
Again, when I had to change my order after placing it (I had ordered the wrong size), Chris Bown responded immediately to my email and made the change with absolutely no problems.

My bank card hadn't arrived in time for the deadline, so I emailed to explain. Chris was great — he stuck to the original sale price for my bed even though payment ended up about a week late. He also double-checked the order details and got delivery booked in well ahead of time. Great company to deal with — we can't wait for the bed to arrive!

We bought our bed frames from Get Laid Beds several years ago and have always been really happy with them. After moving home, we decided to order another bed frame from them.

Unfortunately, in the stress of moving, I made a mistake and didn’t realise that they offer two different sizes for a standard double bed. I accidentally ordered the smaller, space-saving version. 😅

I contacted the team, and Chris explained the difference and, most importantly, offered me a solution straight away. He arranged for us to swap the frame we had ordered for the correct one we needed — with absolutely no hassle! 🙌

Chris has been incredibly patient with all my questions, so helpful, kind and understanding throughout the whole process. It’s honestly so refreshing to receive such wonderful customer service.

I live in the US and my order arrived with a couple of wrong pieces. I reached out to getlaid on WhatsApp and I heard back from Helen first thing the next morning UK time. She was able to figure out what pieces I was missing and got them dispatched to me. Pieces just arrived yesterday and I was able to finish putting the bed together and I love it. Great quality and great customer service.

Positives: solid wood bed, looks great
Negatives: assembly instructions are minimal (would benefit from having more parts labelled, especially elements which look similar but aren't), and underbed storage could be better designed (I added wood screws to stop bottom slats from falling our)
Recommendation: check all the parts against the full set of instructions before construction. Add some wood glue.

Lewis was extremely helpful in figuring out an issue with a missing package. The company offered to replace the missing parts on one of the two beds I had ordered, even though the shipping company was at fault. This was my second purchase from Get Laid Beds, and I highly recommend their products. The handmade wooden beds are well made, easy to assemble and beautiful to look at. I love supporting an environmentally friendly business that offers quality products at fair prices.

Fantastic service, I already ordered a bed from them before, which was well made and the team at time of delivery were wonderful and assembled it in no time.

Just ordered from them again for some under-bed storage and they bumped me up the delivery schedule free of charge after a quick call with Chris because they had a slot open up, would have been an expedited delivery that cost more normally, thanks Chris!

Elisha was the most helpful! I got personalized help with pick out out the best bed frame for me for a very oddly shaped mattress haha. This purchase is a godsend because I had no idea where I was going to find a quality frame to fit the size. I am so thankful for Elisha and all the help! Thank you!
