Get Lottery provide a great way to play the UK Lottery games. We offer lots of different packages with different numbers of entries depending on what games you are interested in. All our packages are syndicate-based and charged every 4 weeks.
The benefit of playing with our syndicate groups is that you get a lot more entries for your money. For example, for the price of a couple of tickets bought from your local shop, you can have lots of entries to your lottery draws of choice each week!

This is a complete racket. I bought one ticket and two months later realised that £19.96 and £20 was taken from my bank one day each month....just under £80.
I contacted the company and they cancelled my account and e mailed almost 200 ticket numbers that i hadn't see but apparently h ad paid for. I had five small wins each under £4 but when i tried to claim even these i was told that i was in a syndicate and so i would get nothing!!! This is absolutely crazy and i am reporting it to the media and seeking legal advice as i had no idea this was what the company would do and this is totally unacceptable

I was shocked when I thought I was buying from Euromillions and I got get lottery.co.uk. Actually I didn't realise it wasn't euromillions until the ticket came through. As I was suspicious I checked my bank account each day and today they took not only £2.50 but another £20. trying to contact them is nigh impossible.
And look at the replies they send to people. Exactly the same with a couple of changes of name.
They are obviously paying search engines for their website to come up top.

I feel I was mugged as I thought I was playing on the real National Lottery website.

Get lottery's web site is slow if not totally unresponsive. It's format suggests it is linked with the national Lottery, however I believe this is to draw in people to use their services.
I am seeking resolution on the unexplained withdrawals from my account. I have also requested the support of my bank. I have requested details from Get Lottery on the payments withdrawal and how they were approved. The next step is to seek for a route to escalate the subject, I assume via the police?

This is a scam, do not use GetLottery - they claim I signed up to a £20 subscription but I can't see anywhere where I did this. I rang to ask for a refund and they refused because they claim I signed up for it.

Basically tried to buy one ticket for one draw and automatically signed me up for ongoing £20 a week. At no point did I click anywhere to want or accept this. Complete scam. Interestingly on ticket i did buy also no millionaire maker number was displayed so i presume they keep this bit of tickwet for themselves. Site shoul;d be taken down or at least investigated

Easy to use, good user interface, well thought through.
However, the date format is ridiculous, I take the above statement back.

This is a shameless scam. It's fraud in plain sight and the people behind it should be brought to justice.
Why would someone operate a website that looks similar to the national lottery website?
Why do the scammers provide a"ticket" that is similar to a real ticket?
Why doesn't it state unequivocally that there is a subscription service?
I don't care if it's all on the terms and conditions, the website is clearly designed to make believe one is buying a national lottery ticket and the only purpose of this operation is to shamelessly deceive people into their recurring scam. They can hide all they want behind the legal words but this needs to be called out.

Very misleading using official lottery images. Needs to differentiate more. Numbers do not include Millionaire Maker code. Just feels slippery. My fault ultimately.

Deceptive company. Won 2 lines on Euro only £3.10 but they wont pay out until you reach £5.00 Its my winnings. Then they try and sign you up @ £20. `its all in our terms and conditions` they say.
Avoid at all costs and make sure you are buying from the actual lottery site not these.

The national Lottery site has been down all day and I was aware that they said they were updating the sites over the weekend. When I could get something it said Get Lottery. I have been scammed. I thought I was buying legitimate Euromillions tickets but it seems I was not. Not only that but the Raffle is not included but the price is still the same. So presumably you are making an extra 50 p profit per ticket. I am most concerned that I had to log into what I thought was the National lottery site and have sent you all my personal and banking details.
I feel I have been scammed! If you are using my funds to actually buy Euromillions tickets what happens to my raffle codes?

Like so many people reporting the same I got caught out by this site. Looking to simply purchase 4 Euromillions tickets and inadvertedly signed up to a trial and extra monthly charges for additionally lottery draws I DID NOT commit to. I challenged Get Lottery about this and all they do is hide behind their terms and conditions, which fair enough I did not read, but because I thought I was simply buying 4 Euromillions tickets, did not see the need to.
An absolute scam...parasites feeding off the goodwill of the National Lottery...AVOID,

Got caught like many other people by this disgusting scam! I thought I was on the legitimate lottery website due to colours etc looking the same. Did it from my phone in a rush so didn’t use due diligence! Purchased a £2.50 ticket and now find an additional two transactions if £20 and £19.96 taken from my account the very next day. Seems I have signed up inadvertently to a subscription service. Absolutely no mention of this on the website but apparently it’s in terms and conditions and you have 24 hrs to cancel your account! Beware of this robbing company!!! Make sure you use the bona Fide lottery site!

Beware of this scam company.
I have some payments on my account for an apparent subscription that I absolutely did not sign up to. Absolutely incompetent customer services who keep giving me scripted answers saying my email address was used to create an account and that i signed up to a subscription and that they can't refund me as per some terms they claim I agreed to which I absolutely didn't!
Left with no choice but to report as fraud to my bank as the company have no interest in offering any form of customer support or an apology for taking funds from my account illegally without my consent.

Lets be clear, I was responsible for entering the euromillions through Getlottery.co.uk. I did not look at the T&C's properly. Never again. However looking at all of the poor reviews, this company should look more closely at its web and ensure that if somebody pays for one line on the lottery, it is one line only and, not a subscription, that is live until you cancel it. Also be aware that the getlottery is a syndicate. That is according to the the getlottery person I spoke to.

Thought I had entered the National Euro Lottery to buy 2 Friday night tickets. Next thing I know is I am first charged £5 followed by a £20 and £19.95 charge to my bank account.
Contacted the company direct who were almost rude and told me i had signed up for a monthly ongoing contract. I DID NOT DO THAT CONSCIOUSLY. Be aware they would not contemplate any refund, all the did was agree to cancel the contract I was pro ported to have signed. to
