Unfortunately the charging cable broke on my lumi light and they could not replace just that part so they sent je a whole new light which I thought was good customer service

Although Evri didn’t deliver my parcel to my house, they threw it under my neighbours car, I contacted Lumi telling them about the problem and they replied very quickly and even said they would be investigating this with Evri and were appalled to hear of my bad experience. They refunded my delivery charge and were so helpful and friendly, I would highly recommend them and the lights are brilliant too. If a small business takes the time to come back to you to resolve an issue, then they are a fantastic business, so thank you again for all your help in sorting it.

A little slow on delivery but the product is very good. The best head torch ive used. I saw a work mate using one just as my old ne had failed. Asked him where he got it and hey presto..

Lumi lights are very helpful for BBQ ing when light is low and for walking the dog and having reflection when walking on roads.

Great product, especially the wave your hand on/off fuction,it has replaced my heavy clunky head lamp and there is no going back!

This little light does more than the expensive edc lights and is very bright.

The product is quality and the company are very communicative. Unfortunately the first light was faulty and I messaged the company and received a prompt positive response and the light was replaced immediately. I’m so grateful . I would absolutely recommend this product and the company.

We had a problem with one of the lights and we received a replacement. My husband uses it to walk our dog. My son and son-in-law use theirs when running in the early morning. Thanks.

I placed an order of several headlamps and received a mini flashlight as a bonus for ordering. The headlamps are awesome and I’m very pleased with the bright and wide illumination of the lights. The mini flashlight, unfortunately, was defective and wouldn’t even charge. Customer service was very quick to respond to my inquiry and helped remedy the problem. They asked for a video showing how the light was defective and then promptly sent a replacement. I was very impressed with the rapid and professional response to my issue and how they helped. I will definitely place another order!

Headlight torch is a game changer for dog walks.

I haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet. It does seem to be well constructed and puts out good light.
