Made an order for head band lights for my husband an sons as they love fishing.an gave them at Christmas 🎄. My son-in-law loved them so I ordered a bundle after Christmas with key ring light an head bands an lights to put on dogs collar. Or schoolbag on dark morning or evenings .the powerful all the lights are amazing. Great value an customer service.

Ordered Dec 3 as Christmas presents. Order went missing on Dec 17th. Reached out a few times then early January a replacement was sent out. That order also went missing! They eventually gave me a refund as I had yet to receive my order a month and a half later. Couple days after my refund my order did show up.

My first order didn’t arrive but I was sent another order quickly. My son loved his light and will use it at festivals and my partner uses his for DIY and it’s handy in the attic

I placed an order in late November, and my shipment was held up in customs, so they didn’t arrive by Christmas. I notified the company and they immediately sent out another shipment. Then the original order showed up another week or two later. I was going to send them back but after I notified them, they told me just to keep the original order! They wanted to make up for the delay I had experienced. Now THAT’S A-1 customer service! We LOVE these lights! They are so BRIGHT and well made. Everyone I gave a light to, couldn’t get over how bright they were and loved the functionality and ease in operating them. Thank you LumiLight for such great customer service and a well made product! I would highly recommend your lights!

Website is very clear and easy to use. Very informative of what each product is/does. Placed 2 separate orders. Received both quickly. Ordered Lumi light and a few mini flashlights. Wow, great products. Couldn’t be happier. Recommend both and this company is great too. Customer Service was very responsive, helpful and friendly.

Had some delivery issues. Reached out to Lumilight and they took care of the problem right away. The light itself is very easy to use, very bright, and maintained its charge walking in very cold temperatures.

The lumi-lights were ordered for Christmas gifts for my children. They never arrived and I emailed the company who got in touch after I had followed-up on social media about not receiving them. The replacements arrived within the week.

Both my son and daughter find the light to be excellent with great illumination and ease of use.

Need more light than your average head torch so very useful.
