Not such a great camera
Not such a great camera. Drivers have to load before camera work. Microphone can barely hear me in Zoom unless I shout.

hardware is great - but the software is terrible :/
The hardware is great. Good quality video. But the software is horrible. So many bugs. I can't possibly use the software (because it's so buggy) and I'm on an Intel Macbook Air from 2020.
Feels like a scam.
I ordered this a long time ago. Company hasnt send me anything. Very hard to get through to anyone. Still waiting for my order. Feels like a scam.

After months of shipping delays
After months of shipping delays, it is difficult however I'll start off on a positive note. The hardware is excellent and feels really premium. It also has a premium feel when unboxing (think apple) so it's quite nice in that respect. It's neat and looks the part in my workspace BUT although I wasn't expecting the software to be perfect, (I appreciate it's working progress beta) the video quality is shockingly bad. Like really bad. The quality is blurry and looks like a 720p cam at best. If you are using a Logitech stream cam/brio, razer etc or similar you will notice this straight away. I don't see how the software is going to improve this to be honest. But we'll see. I was never really interested in the bells and whistles (cameraman etc) I just needed a quality webcam that looked great for my client calls. Sadly I was left massively disappointed and felt
duped into the creative marketing they have. In my view, the product is just not ready for the market. I can only imagine how tough it is for a start-up to enter this market but you just cannot sell something that does not do what it says on the tin. It is not 4k quality. Oh and it doesn't work on Loom either - something I use every day
Still, the product does have hope but if you need a webcam that works 'out the box' look elsewhere.
Update: After speaking with support who were very helpful I managed to set up the camera to a good quality. My recommendation is to reach out to support who will help you set up the device. Added an addtional star.
Software releases need to speed up
Software releases need to speed up. At this point there is no difference between this camera and a logitech
Camera hardware 10 Software 5
Camera hardware is wonderful. The software is unfinished. It promises to get better but delivery was late and software has no supply chain.
Very Poor quality product -
This product arrived on 13th December. I tested it and the video quality is worse than an iphone 2. It’s horrible. A waste of 200 dollars including shipping. I sent an email for returns as requested by their website and instead of giving return instructions like any other honest company, they keep asking for screenshot comparison between lumina and my iphone. I have sent it to them and fill date 9 days later, they have refused to send details for refund
Buy this product at your peril. The quality is 0%
Edit after Lumina’s response that they cannot track my email. I have written over 8 emails and MiKe replied me. So claiming they can’t track my email is not honest

Is Get Lumina Web Cam Legitimate or Scam?
Today is 21 December. I ordered Lumina 7th November. That's 5 weeks ago. I was not informed at the time of purchase there was a delay. I followed up and they advised there is now a delay, with unknown date. Weekly follow ups, they provided me with a con note and link to check tracking, all of which don't exist and are not correct. I continue to chase Lumina for the products I ordered and have not received. I am really concerned if they are legitimate or not. So far it's false advertising - saying they are selling products but not advising there is a problem until after the payment is made. I would like to leave a positive review, but at this stage, despite multiple emails I am unable to do so.
Update: 29 December 2021
I received an email from Lumina to say the order has been lost and they are now refunding my payment in the next 5-10 business days. It's been 7+ weeks since I ordered. I am disappointed they haven't been able to deliver, but grateful they have taken responsibility after such a long delay, even though it seems they only did this as a result of the Trust Pilot review. I really hope they can get it together and sort out their shipping, handling and logistics.

This product is not ready yet!
It is not ready product. It is barely working beta.
Windows drivers are not even alpha quality.
Video quality doesn't look as good quality 4K.
At best video is at most mediocre.

Trustpilot Review Scam
I clicked on an Instagram ad and thought the product too good to be true. Sure enough, when I checked Trustpilot, there are a huge number of terrible reviews; all the good ones seem fake, suspiciously mentioning all the features in a marketing-speak, and are from reviewers with only one other review.
To top it off, the link to its own Trustpilot page from the Lumina website seems to be a screenshot image of a five star review which then takes you to a Trustpilot page with a 4 star review!
Scam.
My 50€ Cam from Amazon is better
I am completely disappointed. Including the customs, this cam is more expensive than a logitech brio. The picture quality is comparable to any cheap 30-50€ camera and the software is not ready yet. Complete crap.

Lumina is not ready for prime-time.
Lumina is not ready for prime-time.
In more ways than one. They're shipping was extremely delayed. Their shipping partner is way too slow. It feels to me like the didn't look for the right partner there.
The hardware is less than impressive and the software is still in beta. This is basically a working prototype.
I should have just purchased a Logitech Brio instead.

Not Ready Yet
New review:
I received my Lumina Webcam finally, and set it up. The packaging is very good, and the setup is truly simple, especially if not using the Lumina software. And right now, it's not really possible to use the Lumina software, as you can see at setup.getlumina.com -- therefore, this product is not ready for sale to customers.
Hooking the Lumina Webcam to my Windows computer with the supplied USB-C cable, I found that Windows did recognize the device, which appears in the Device Manager as "Lumina Camera - RAW." I opened Zoom, and found that it also recognized "Lumina Camera - RAW," so I tested the audio... that worked. Then I tested the video...that does not work. So, I started a Zoom meeting, and found that for the first time (and every time the Lumina is attached), Zoom gives an error message that the "speaker is not working." I was able to clear that error, but it comes back every time Lumina is attached and a Zoom meeting is joined. I was able to verify that audio worked and video did not work.
So, I did troubleshooting: different cables, different ports, installed and again uninstalled the Beta Lumina software, downloaded and installed OBS Studio to try Lumina in that application, etcetera. Completely consistent situation: audio functions; video fails.
Unfortunately, it appears that Lumina has NO real-time support; neither by phone nor chat. So I initiated an email support request. It appears that the support engineers are on the other side of the planet, so it may take days to have a few elements to a conversation via email, given the time zone differences.
In summary: The hardware does not function, the software is not ready for release, and the company is not prepared to support the product. I bumped the rating up to 2 stars, as I remain somehow hopeful that Lumina can eventually produce the product they have been promoting, and if so, that it will be good. Right now, no one should do business with Lumina yet; the company is simply NOT prepared to do business with customers yet.
And Lumina owes me a working webcam or money, which they will provide; I'll certainly let others know if they fail to do what they must.

Best avoided
These people seem dodgy af. I ordered a camera on the 10th of November, and have not heard anything from them since. I put in a ticket on the website a couple of days ago and got an automated "thanks for your email" response from zendesk, but no actual response from the company (except within two hours of originally posting this)
Also, there seem to be a suspicious number of five-star reviews here from people who've only ever posted one review, compared to the much higher proportion of one-star reviews from people who've posted about other things as well

These guys are terrible
These guys are terrible — misleading product info, changing dates, and non-existent customer service. As good as their camera might be — still haven’t gotten it — I wouldn’t waste your time or money.

I feel this is a scam
Paid in full many months ago, but no product recieved - only a supposed tracking number that isn't recognized by the assigned shipping company. Despite advising this to Lumina, there is no apparent attempt at a resolution.
The excuses given for the delays in shipment that Lumina are providing in these Trustpilot reviews are very different to the responses they give in their Indiegogo campaign information.
Excuses from Lumina in the Indiegogo campaign have included: problems with shipping adresses, missing MSDS sheets (for a webcam?), and problems with factories dealing with a new government mandate around limiting power usage.
Shipment was supposed to have taken place back in October, then it was 7-9 Nov and 13-15 Nov, then 22 November and now were are into December with nothing to show but a faulty tracking ID. All of this while the website was showing 4-5 days for shipping!
There are also reported problems with the Software, which for Windows users at least, is still in Beta - as confirmed by Lumina themselves.
Based on my experience and the experiences reported by countelss others, the communications and the fulfilment processes are either being handled with the highest levels of incompetence or something far more sinister is going on.

My card got billed but I never got an order confirmation or an expected time for delivery. Now I hear there's a Black Friday offer at a lower price than what I paid for for the product - still with no delivery confirmation.

I ordered this weeks ago. They said it would ship on the 22nd. No replies to emails, phone doesn't work and they lowered the price Black Friday but haven't shipped mine yet. I am forced to dispute the charge because they don't reply to support requests.

It has been several months now and still not having any notice on the shipment from them, after it finished the campaign basically says no communication but "email tips" that left a lot of interpretation and misjudgments in between I mean how it can take by surprise COVID after 2 years of the pandemic hit?... I mean... are you FOR REAL?
