Great support !
Every support person I dealt with through my process was extremely communicative and helpful. Although I had issues with my own pharmacy and insurance company the team was able to make those struggles easier.

Mindfully Done With Tact
My provider, Dr. Shonda Taylor, is so helpful and just an all around sweetheart. She asked all the right questions, and unlike my other provider, actually cared about my past experience and how I thought it should have been handled differently with another provider I had before her. Mindful/Done. actually does care about those of us who struggle and need help staying on course with tasks we must complete to keep our lives moving in a progressively positive and fulfilling direction. They helped me secure what I needed, even when it was quite difficult to do so in my new home state. They relentlessly pursued a solution to the many hiccups that occurred after my consultation as well. This is one of the best there is online!!! Going through a move and losing a job to do it, meant I lost insurance coverage and other providers that were in my previous state. I wouldn’t go anywhere else while in a transition. And I might just stick with them even when my job’s health insurance kicks in.

Provider & Customer Service are great

Mika is excellent despite Mindful’s unreliable system
Mika is excellent! The system needs a lot of work, but I finally found a customer service representative that followed through. She deescalated a very frustrating situation with grace and genuine empathy. Mindful may be a broken service, but Mika is world class.

Absolutely horrific while my provider…
Absolutely horrific while my provider (doc) is amazing probably the best for a d h d that i've seen in over the 20 years ive been treated, the company itself has 0 ethics. Does not care about its patience. In fact refers to it as customers
Has constant glitches in the app? Which is crazy? Because their whole business is based on it
Could not update my card payment for two weeks going out of town. He's like I promoted at work. So I have to train in a different state under their corporate store. And because their system is glitching and their customer service didn't give a c***. I now am going two weeks without any medication. And what will our automatically be? A stressful job. I'm also on a pretty high dosage. And when you are on a high dosage of the medication, I take you risk. Having seizures if you go prolonged periods without taking the met, they could have cared less. I'm reporting them to both state and federal. Do not use them.Take the time and go and see a doctor in person
