Unfortunately I didn't enjoy my experience with moshy. I do appreciate they did eventually refund my money but it wasn't an easy experience. Also apparently the "your order is in its way emails are automated as I received them after I had deactivated my account.
Primary reasons for 1 star are my concerns that my order arrived at room temp where repeatedly brushed off with AI edited responses untill I specifically asked for cold chain data for my order to figure out if the pen would be safe for the finale dose. When I enquired with nurse I was given the details for a different medication than what I was prescribed. I initially left a review here at their request. It wasn't positive, I was then sent an email asking me to change my rating in exchange for free product ( money off my orders) I highly recommend going to a GP and getting a script, far less expensive and no delivery woes or incorrect information or AI nonsense.
