The representative was very helpful and very understanding to my needs. He not only checked my email. The current email I was using for My products but he also checked the other email and he made sure I didn’t owe any money and when I deleted my account that I didn’t owe any money so I was very content, and he was very professional and very courteous and very caring to my daughter’s needs cause I told him I couldn’t afford it right now because I have a sick child
