Terrible communication and follow up initially. If a director had not reached out to make things right then I would have left my 1 star review. Despite the rough journey it was to get my claim settled... See more

No ability to really communicate. Everything limited to emails. They ignored the fact that I presented and simply provided a boiler plate response. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a insurance type company and I’ve had plenty of bad experiences.
The claims process was quick and easy. Could be done online and didn't take a long time to get a response.
Mulberry was very quick to respond to my claim and make it right. I am not particularly fond of the third party vendor they used for repairs. Although they communicated well, they made no attempt to repair my furniture. Grossly disappointing in the repair service; however; I recommend Mulberry’s service.
I’ve contacted the company repeatedly concerning an issue with a rug I purchased early in the year (which is under warranty) and have provided all necessary information asked for multiple times with zero response on their end. Would love to get some information from them otherwise purchasing an extended warranty on the rug was not worth the money.
I have a burn stain and submitted a claim. The repairman came out and said that they will send me another cover but instead they just sent me some money and I still have a iron stain so now I just will get rid of the entire sofa and discontinue the service since it is useless.
I got a stain that was unable to be removed. They sent a tech that confirmed the same. Then they said they would give me $191 for a $1200 piece that is now a complete piece of junk and worth nothing to anyone. It’s an eye sore and I need to replace it - the whole reason why I invested in the insurance in the first place. I spent $1500 on their insurance for the whole item and they wanted to “reserve the ability for future claims”. I might as well to use their crap pay out towards staining the entire couch another color to cover the stain as my ONLY option beyond shelling out more money on this thing. DON’T BUY. They won’t replace the items. Waste of time and money. I’d be more ahead not buying the insurance and just replacing it myself. Absolutely Worthless.
Mulberry responded quickly, and its customer service is second to none.
Great service - fast and reliable. Filed my claim and it got approved within 1-2 days which I am grateful for. Would recommend!
Responded to my request and processed my claim very quickly. They responded to each of my emails very quick as well.
I still have not received a refund for the flimsy rug from Ruggables. Very disappointed in both companies.
Horrible, mulberry sends me back to terra cafe and no one is helping. All I get is an automated email. It’s been close to 3 weeks. Have to spend money and time to have our coffee in the morning.
Really happy with how fast and easy the process was to make a claim. They reviewed and got back to me the next day approving everything.
Mulberry made it quite easy to file a claim and also a quick turn-around time.
Thank you for making life a little easier!
Slow processing times, very little updates, and disappointing result of claim. I had a stain on a cushion on my new couch. Mulberry sent a cleaner to try to clean it, he could not get the stain out so he updated the claim for the covers to be replaced. 6 weeks went by with no update and I had to follow up with the claim every other week. Finally all that could be provided was a small cash refund on my BRAND NEW COUCH. I am very disappointed the cleaners request for cover replacement was not honored. I will not ever use Mulberry again (and will advise others including the manufacturer of the couch).
They deleted all the items off my account dashboard and I still haven't recieved one my payments for a recent claim. No warning or notice that they were gonna remove the nearly 20-30 items I had on my dashboard.
Responsiveness is great. Customer service was thorough with the intention of resolution.
