When someone can’t make a shift, other staff get notified with open shifts they can pick up, which has massively reduced last-minute scrambling to find cover. Staff also use the mobile app to check their shifts and submit leave requests .. it’s streamlined the whole process.

Its never been this easy to manage casual staff at a restaurant. I can easily assign staff to shifts and also I can manage their shift levels so that I dont assign someone who is not skilled to work at a particular shift.
