Everything came right, but the only thing I would say I didn't like is the chain. It was a bit thicker and sturdier than expected, which is a good thing since it wouldn't snap off, but it didn't fully match the person it was given to. I would definitely order again, but I would make sure that it wouldn't be given to a person who prefers more delicate chains.

I purchased the Studio whiskey tumbler for a friend and was very disappointed when it arrived. In the advertised photo, these tumblers look like 3D studios in the glass. When i received mine, it's a sticker on the glass and look like advertised.
Maybe I didn't look clearly. However, it's a different tumbler and I'm sure it will be liked.
The packaging was great and delivery time was good also.

This necklace was bought as a gift for my 2 year old granddaughter. She loves anything bright and sparkly and has only recently "discovered" jewellery. Unfortunately, the brightness of the beads in the picture did not make it to real life. I expected somerthing more "colourful" especially with children's necklaces. Very disapointed.

They made it seem like the picture on one side and personalized on the other, but no, just the picture don’t know why I put personalization info in. And quality ? You get what you pay for.

I placed my order on 18 March. I ordered a personalised engraved slide pet ID tag. By early April, I still hadn't received it, so I enquired to see if there was an ETA. On 7 April, they replied to tell me there was a shortage in materials and they would only START production in 1-3 WEEKS.

Now, I don't blame them for the materials shortage, but what irritated me was that there was no communication whatsoever. If I didn't chase them, they just wouldn't bother to say anything.

My product did finally arrive. It was the wrong colour and the engraving was garbage. My phone number is barely legible because the digits have very poor spacing.

I ordered the same item from Temu because it was quicker by weeks, and the quality is far superior at a third of the price.

So, this company and their products are not worth wasting your money on.

Unfortunately the book mark for Pamela has broken and the quality of the product was well below the standard l had hoped for very disappointing and not worth the money at all.

You should get more diligent deliverer. My product got blown away due to a wind event in my city. The delivery person simply threw my package onto the porch. The wind blew it away.
