10 Star service from Alicante to Benidorm
Where to start. Firstly if I could give more than 5 stars I would. From start to finish the support was excellent. I was having challenges getting my offer locked in and Artem, Business Development Manager immediately emailed me, gave me an additional 10% of the price of return transfer from Alicante to Benidorm for 2 adults, the original price was already very competitive when compared to other such organisations. I was still having difficulties and Artem and his team helped me get everything sorted out. When we arrived in Alicante there was an email and a WhatsApp message from Artem to advise the original driver was stuck in traffic so he had arranged another car, gave us the car details and easy to follow instructions to the pickup point. There was very little delay. On our return the night before our pickup Artem confirmed the details and again info on car type and reg. On the morning, our designated driver, Edgar also sent a message saying he'd be at out collection point at the appointed time and he was. The vehicles were immaculate and Edgar in particular was extremely friendly and helpful. I'll be recommending GetOffers to anyone I know and we'll certainly use the service again.
