Somehow got shunted from eharmony to Once, eharmony had given them my profile photos, I filled in the required details and got to review women claimed to be using the site; many unfesdibly gorgeous women in my town. Have to keep buying credits to chat to them but I did try. First one, all her photos showed a red head, I told her I loved redheads and she replied denying she had that hair colour. Asked what area of my town she was in, reply very vague as if copied and pasted from Wiki. Other girls living close to me, not one would consider meeting, always same exact reply,”I need to get to know you better first,” as if AI generated, all in, I did not find a single woman whose photos showed, location or profile appeared genuine. Save your money, don’t waste your time, they will keep you talking and buying credits but you are not in with the smallest chance of finding a date

Fradulent site with fake accounts
I completely agree with everyone else's reviews of this site. It is completely and utterly full of fake profiles that take advantage of people who legitimately want to find and build relationships.
That being said there are ways to either have this site investigated and brought up to a more sensible standard of doing business by using this site as a way to hopefully pressure getonce.com to modify their business model to a more transparent and open structure. You can also get a refund if you use your smartphone to pay for the service. I'm an Android user so I filed a grievance with Google via the support site and am sure that this will work with Apple, I hope. I cannot give you direct links since this site won't let me share links, you can Google search "Get app refund on Playstore" and follow the instructions. You can also go to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and access "Report Fraud" area. Hope this works for you.

One star is one too many. This site is a total rip-off.
The 'Popular' profiles are fake and only there to make you spend money. If you pay money to upgrade to 'Premium' you still have to pay to message 'Popular' profiles.
There are very few real people but they're there and free to message. From a man seeking women perspective I'd say 95% of the profiles are fake ('Popular').
However, I must admit I met a couple real women and they quickly asked to communicate off of the site even though it's free.
I'm guessing I'm blocked (moderated) because I shared my email or phone number. This also explains why one woman gave me her phone number by spelling out the numbers and not using actual numerals. Live and learn.

New, painful experience
I just signed up to getonce two days ago. I got a premium package and bought 150 coins or credits or whatever. I got a lot of responses from "Preferred Members", many of whom had very alluring, suggestive pictures on the site. I've texted with a number of them and ran out of coins within 24 hours. Fool that I am, I signed up for another 150 coins but I'm realizing that many of these "Preferred Members" are just on there to keep you chatting, and buying coins.
