Well... I was satisfied with the service and the quick response I had to my complaint. I think they did a good job. They were efficient and fast in processing my request.

Escalation team has been responsive since I reported an issue concerning my membership to them. They were prompt in responding to my email and helped me with the necessary steps I needed to take to resolve the issue. Thanks to Claire and all the team.

I had an issue with debits to my account that needed clarification. I was very satisfied with the quick response given to my request. It gives me the needed confidence to continue doing business with your company. Keep it up.

Support Team responds to mails faster and have been helpful all through out the process of support.

Eric had personally reached out to assist me and he was very helpful.

But still the amount is not returned back to my account.

This company is a scam. They have emptied my bank account with unauthorized deduction. I want them to refund my money or else I will report them to the highest authority.

Please be advice that I have already rate this before, am doing the same thing again, but apart from that your company is very helpful and quick to reply

They took more money than the actual price of the items I purchased.

I would like express my experience which was not good because I believe that the website management should keep the option that if someone is cancelled the subscription it should be immediately.

I don't know how can i get the membership but I was falk to the agent they guide me and help. Very good behavior and very good service.
