I got transferred to this horrible company from hsbc. They have the worst customer service. Representatives provides you worst customer service. They put you queue intentionally and back and forth. Closing this card today.
The worst experience I have ever had with a credit card provider. I unfortunately did not select to have this service but my credit card was transferred to PFC and I have nothing but negative the things to say about this company. It is impossible to get in contact or talk to a manager, I have tried for the past 6 months, they do not take any of your concerns into considerations and you cannot resolve anything with a company that does business this way. Again, the worst experience I have had with a company. I would not recommend this to anybody.
