Extremely Poor customer service, never responded to email or chat bot communications, gave me a tracking link that doesnt exist..... Ignored any attempt to try to contact to ask how far along the shipping process was, it was all just terrible please dont waste your money here for something that probably wont even come!

Fake Jellycats - do not buy from here, I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. See photo compared to a real Jellycat, this is awful and so obviously fake.

HORRIBLE. It was my daughter’s birthday and the malachy dragon was out of stock so obviously in a panic i bought the first one I saw. Arrived, FAKE. Imagine seeing your daughter open a present you hadn’t pre checked and it was STIFF. It also looks fake. I am so disappointed. Do not buy from here!

My “Christmas tree” arrived with a tag that said “birthday cake”. The top of the tree was folded over and it was stuffed into a shipping bag.

Sent fake Jellycat toys. Refused to refund. Had to contact my bank to do a chargeback. The company actually had the cheek to dispute this when the items were clearly FAKE they had fake tags and random names on the tags.

Feel so duped! I thought this was a UK genuine reseller. Once I’d bought the two keycharms and saw they were coming from china my heart sank - and rightly so. The two “jelly cats” are both fake - fairly decent copies, but clearly not genuine (wonky legs, odd shape). Cost the same as if I’d bought genuine JC’s (only got from here as they were out of stock elsewhere). Please don’t be lulled.

Came from china which was not expected delivery said 2 -9 days how it could get here in two days is impossible. Arrived on day 9 but in jelly cat bag with jelly cat labels however it is not a jelly cat ! Priced same as original jelly cat so feel scammed it is a fairly good imitation but… priced too high for a fake . Wish I’d have read reviews before ordering

The Jellycat was a fake, awful, practically no customer service. Took them over a week to respond when I tried to cancel, awful, have sent back and set up a dispute with bank so hopefully okay!
Avoid like the plague! So bad

Refunded via credit card after numerous attempts to company for updates.

What a scam. Refunded my money and kept the delivery fee despite no toy or request for refund.

Courier was fast but coming from Shenzhen was not impressive, as people would misunderstand goods from Taobao instead. My order was placed from Hong Kong through the official site in Europe. If goods coming from Hong Kong rather then Shenzhen,the feeling of genuine goods could be ascertained.

I wish I'd checked these reviews before ordering! A sham company based in China selling fake Jelly Cat toys at full price. The order did arrive within a couple of weeks but is clearly a fake. No reply from the email provided on the website.
