Purchasing from outside the US, I had some initial issues with bank transfers, that took a few days to resolve with my bank. This was not an issue for the folks at Getprivacyfreedom who were patient and supportive and ultimately we agreed I could send them a transfer with Wise which took seconds. The SamsungS10+ arrived promptly and was in pristine condition for a second hand unit. Everything was ready to go for me to start loading useful apps, and while I have never used LineageOS before, it a breeze to get up to speed and start using the phone. I am now enjoying the peace of mind of not being confronted with Google's omnipresence every time I use my device.

Quality phone, arrived in very good condition with good battery life despite being a few years old. Lineage install was perfect. Basic install on startup, no other unnecessary bloat included. Perfect way to be rid of Big Tech. Great job, great experience overall.

Customer Service made all the difference. I had a problem with the first phone not working with my Mint Mobile SIM. I let Jonny know and he tested out another phone and sent it to me in a few days. So far the phone works as advertised. I've limited the number of apps I use just to simplify life and I still use a Faraday Box when travelling. There's a peace of mind in knowing you're not being tracked and your data is not being collected and sold. Overall a great experience.

My first experience was so good I got a second one for my son. Once you understand how much data google collects about you you will want everyone in your family to be on a dark phone too.

The phone came preinstalled with many useful applications and a really helpful instruction set to help me get oriented to a dark phone. I really appreciated the ready support too.

The privacy phone was everything I had expected and more since I am NOT a techy person but was able to switch from an Android Google operations phone to the new programming with very little adjustment. Any use or new app questions I had were promptly answered. Wonderful and EASY experience!

De-googling can be intimidating but Get Privacy Freedom makes it work smoothly. Great hardware for the price. Choice of operating systems (I chose Lineage).

Super helpful and nice
I broke my Pixel 3a and they supplied me super fast with a Pixel 4a. I love how I can have all the apps I'd need without worrying about the government watching me and its operating system is super simple to use. I highly recommended Get Privacy Freedom to everyone!

Got the pixel 3 xl, very big phone. It's in great shape, no scratches or cracks. The graphene OS was loaded and plenty of apps to get started. The only issue I had was learning to operate an android after only
using iPhone. Customer service has been great with all of my questions answered. I recommend this site to anyone that will listen and i will definitely buy here again
