i believe this is a scam

i believe this is a scam. they charged me and subscribed me to a membership i did not ask for. they insist that i leave a review in order to be refunded.

I'm owed a refund which was said to be done by last week for a payment that was taken even though I have asked to cancel. Can this be sorted as soon as possible because nothing seems to be done and we going around in circles.

I wanted to unlock my phone and paid after that it said an "an error has occurred"

I wanted to unlock my phone and I followed the instructions that were on the video, after my payment was successful it said "the is an error" and I was so you confused because it was suppose to give me the Code but the was no code I'm super disappointed because I use that phone for my work and that was the only money I had and I thought this was going to work
