Annoying personal problem and hopes of easy resolve. QuietLab N1 gummies offered this to me to try. Tolerance concerns were voiced to listening agents who promptly forwarded logical guidance tips. Subscription was cancelled with clear, kind communication. This business knows how to treat their customers with respect and still keep the "door open" for those not having that total-relief experience this time around.

I was offered a discount on the subscription, which I declined, and that was the end of it; no repeated requests to maintain the subscription, my decline was graciously accepted. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this one needs to be said. I bought the QuietLab Pro mouthpiece because it was advertised as “risk-free for 30 nights,” which strongly implies a full, no-hassle refund if it doesn’t work. After using it for just one night, I experienced significant tooth pain and discomfort. When I reached out, I was not given a full refund, instead, I was offered and only able to get 70% back unless I went through additional steps to return it. That’s not what most people would consider “risk-free,” and it feels misleading based on how it’s marketed. On top of that, I was told the discomfort is “normal” and comparable to wearing braces, you have to get used to it. That’s concerning. If it’s truly like braces, then it’s actively shifting your teeth, which is not something I’m willing to risk with an over-the-counter product. Between the misleading “risk-free” claim, the partial refund, and the questionable explanation about how it works, this was a poor experience overall.
Bottom line: misleading marketing, uncomfortable product, and not worth it. I do not recommend.

I purchased the device anticipating a trip to Europe with my daughter, who complained about my snoring on our last trip. I wore it nightly to get used to it but did not have the opportunity for feedback until 04-13. Apparently I still snore so this does not work. I have reached out and will update accordingly if/when I am contacted.

Their customer service was awesome. Within minutes or even a few hours I always received a reply back to my email. Unfortunately I couldn't wear the mouthpiece as it forced me to breathe through my mouth and dried out my throat, even though I tried changing the settings. But I wish all companies were as accommodating and prompt with their customer service as QuietLab is.

Experience with customer service on my return was great. I had purchased thinking it would help with my sleep apnea, but it is not designed for that. Only drawback was that I had to pay for the return shipping. I wish that was included by QuietLab.

Although the device did not reduce my snoring, QuietLab was good on their promise of a full refund upon my return of all items (both new and used). The emails were pleasant, quick, and completely in line with the initial stated promise for refund. In fairness to the equipment, I had tried 2 other devices and had no success with them either. All 3 devices had a different build, so I now feel confident that the problem is something that will not be solved with this type of device. I am sad that my problem was not solved, but I would give QuietLab another shot if they produced a device with an entirely different approach to the snoring problem.
