A Great Experience Beyond Just an App
I have had a very positive experience with Relatio. The app is easy to navigate, thoughtfully designed and the exercises are well structured with clear explanations that make the process simple to follow. The information shared throughout the journey has been invaluable, insightful and genuinely helpful for personal growth and reflection.
My recent experience with the customer service team was also excellent, which can be hard to find nowadays. The team was professional, quick to respond and attentive. More importantly, the support felt genuine and solution-oriented, with a real focus on helping customers and adding value rather than simply providing a standard response.

Unwanted subscription, seamless cancellation.
My subscription was taken out inadvertently and only discovered after the 4th monthly payment. Relatio's Customer Services Team members guided me through their cancellation process and seamlessly refunded everything deducted from my account.
I have no knowledge or interest in their product or services, but I wholeheartedly recommend them for their customer focus, honesty and pursuit of their customers satisfaction - even accidental customers are important to Relatio Customer Service team!

They charged me for something I did not want
My experience: I bought an item for 19,99 and now, they are charging me an additional 49,99 a month for a "subscription" I contacted them inmediately after that first charge of 49,99 and they refuse to reinburse me for it. I imagine, if they can get a large amount of naive people like me and charge them 49,99 before we can do anything about it, they are making pretty good money. I do not trust them, regardless of all pretty words they say. They are very manipulative, with hidden hooks and not very customer oriented at all

Surviving all the facts & exercises that they gave were the same as I what doctors gave me 2yrs ago from bloodclots moving from leg into my lungs 3months after badly torn legiments in ankle
When blood clots moved into lungs !! Breathing through a straw for 12hrs hours while holding on to a electric fence. Was given a 10% chance of survival March2024 and did.

The platform is great
The platform is great , very easy to use and full with great support and features, it helped me to understand things that I was missing in my relationship, I left early and had to have the use of the support team to cancel my subscription and they were very kind and cordial gave me my refund no problem at all.
