ordered 2 installed them hit the tv mode and it said on every network the program says it requires monthly payment?? I thought everything was going to be freee!
does any one know info the on how to return these??

Picture is on and off, squiggly, on and off sound. I live in the heart of a city with no big buildings around me and it will not pick up. It is trash and I'm not going to try to return it as it will go in the trash A 51 dollar waste
and a good learning experience.

This antenna is junk. I live approximately 60 miles from a very large metropolitan area and I was only able to get 5 channels. Don’t waste your time or money. I got a refund for mine.

ordered the antenna... and the extra strength adapter... noticed on receipt that they added an extended warranty to the cost... which I did not ask for.. within minutes I tried to get that canceled.. supposedly they already verified the order... This is a total scam... I called my card company to block the payments... What really ticked me off was that "Consumer's Research " web site rated this as #1... with several thousand 5 star ratings..

This is a total CON/SCAM. What I ordered was multiplied up so I was charged (automatically via PayPal with no review of the total).

I contacted them within 2 minutes of placing the order to be told that it had shipped????!!!

Then I waited for over a week for items to arrive.

When they arrived, I tested them following the limited instructions and trouble shooting guide. Result was that I could receive 0 (yes ZERO) TV channels whilst another aerial gave me 132 channels.

Luckily I am retired and after a LOT of messaging to a fro I did get a refund for the faulty goods.

However I am out of pocket for the return freight for the products which did not perform as described. Their "policy" which was not available at time of ordering appears to be a TOTAL disregard of the Sale of Goods act.

I was conned by them. If you are thinking of ordering from them JUST DON'T!

These people are scammers. They do not deliver the product and then when you ask where it is say they have a policy of not "resending" it because you only noticed the RATS didn't send it after 30 days. Do NOT spend your money!

I looked at these antenna and was interested. Went through the page and seemed to have ordered several items unwittingly… came out of the page, looked on my PayPal and I’d been charged for three extra items. Usually you get codes with PayPal!! Within minutes of doing this I contacted them and was told it was too late , already dispatched. Emails from Victor!!!
I now have to wait for delivery from USA, and send them back!!!!! I’m not paying for return postage.

Do not touch this company, no matter how good you think the product is.

I bought two units and hooked both units up and kept getting a note on my screen "No connection". I did some research and finally got a customer service number. They were adamant that the unit always works, and I was not following instructions. After several contacts I finally got a supervisor. I returned the unit to China for over $20. Don't buy and you will be happy.

The cost of my order was totally wrong, I was charged for 3 but only received 2, added warranty was charged which I didn't request, shipping was charged despite their advert stating free shipping. Really slapdash operation, avoid please!

Piece of crap got 6 channels total scam product

Second time been on these antennas do not work trustpilot sent them a email they replied saying sorry just send details for refund only there is no way of getting in touch with them just sent the information I sent to them back saying this email address doesn’t exists so they are scamming people

Ignoring my return that I requested after it only got ONE local channel! They say 30 day returns with no questions asked! For 3 days I have been trying to return this garbage and they do not respond anymore! No return address on their site! Their customer service does not exist much at all! Tried different ones and am ignored! A simple return and nobody is home. Be ready to receive a garbage generic antenna and losing over $50! Will contact the BBB and see if they can shut this place down. BEWARE people!

i emailed rewave?? about my d tv antannea booster?? i wasnt happy as i coud get most of the channels for free pluto etc and they let me keep it and refunded hhalf of what i paid very happy as i didnt do what i will from ereon and READ THE REVIEWS FIRST LOL thanks rewave

I would leave zero stars if possible. Did some research after HDTV antenna purchase and attempted to cancel order. Was immediately met with “too late to cancel”, “will be happy to help once order is received”, etc. Received the order, sent the emails for directions to return and without saying all I got was automated responses saying the ticket is closed. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER.

REWAVE, by the time you read this you are most likely to have been scammed.

If you make a purchase for a REWAVE (getrewave.com) television ariel you are buying an indoor tv which is available from eBay for £5.00, only you have been scammed for £51.89 for something that’s not capable of doing what it is claimed. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

You won’t realise by making a purchase from REWAVE you are giving the scammers free access to your bank account which they will take full advantage of and try to extract as much money as possible. The sellers have set their payment system up so you don’t know you are setting up a direct debit, you have by this time set up an automatic payment system allowing them free access to your money, only your not aware of it.

The Trustpilot reviews they are using in their advert do not exist, I’ve checked them.

The aerial is not capable of providing free access to paid tv channels, that claim does not exist. The aerial does not contain any sophisticated electronics as claimed in their advert it’s just a bog standard TV aerial used as a prop to substantiate their fraudulent activity.

I have to admit, I’ve been scammed. I was sucked in by what I believe to be truthful.

The aerial is not coming from London as stated in their advert.

The aerial is coming from Lithuania Eastern Europe.

You have by this time unknowingly signed up to give the scammers access to your bank account. The people perpetrating this act of deception are extremely good at what they do, that’s how they make their living, by stealing money of honest people and selling goods not capable of doing what’s stated in their advertising.

I tried to cancel my order as soon as I saw it had gone through.
I did not even open the parcel but returned the package immediately via Evri.
I sent Rewave the parcel number.
We had paid with PayPal. Lo and behold, we have a full refund. That is the only reason I have given 2 stars. Their customer service is abysmal.

Poor communication. Never gets back to complete any request.

I would give this company no stars at all!
First their device does not work. I could not pick up a single station. Second their customer service is terrible.my first episode was when I wanted to return their junk,they offered me 50% off the price and keep the antennas . That's my first red flag. They would not let me return them to the address they shipped it from. ( Had to ship them to Texas U.S.) a cost factor. When I shipped them back they would not accept the antennas. I continually threatened to take my issue up with PayPal. Finally I negotiated a 75% refund. Then when I accepted that, all of a sudden, I put a Post Office parcel tracker on my return parcel. They also found my parcel and it was being shipped back to me and the next day the company gave me a 100% refund and I could keep their junk. So I am out$28.00 return fee and a $3.00 phone call.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

The company refused to cancel my order which I requested 11 minutes after I had received the Email confirmation of the order. Whereas their cancellation policy states that orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering.

Secondly they charged more than the advertised price.

Finally I have contacted the company support emaol address multiples for information on how to return the item for refund and I still haven't got a reply. Looks like they are waiting for the 30 day refund period is over before getting in touch.

My advice is not to buy from this company.
