I had trouble obtaining a top up in South America . I spoke to Roamify via messaging and they were brilliant in solving my issue. This was partly did to google services going down . They got me my top up and gave we me a little extra data. They talked me through the process as well. Well done , first class help .👍🥇

These phone service packages are the best out there and the price is unbeatable. Besides low cost for large amounts of data, the customer service by this company is outstanding. I accidentally deleted my sim and they easily helped me solve the problem and redownload quickly. As well, my flight was cancelled and my phone plan was about to end, I had not finished my the large amount of date that I bought and they gave me an additional 10 days of usage! This prevented me from having to buy another phone plan. This customer care is truly unbeatable and I would highly recommend these packages for anyone traveling, they really care about their customers. I LOVE ROAMIFY!

It's simple to buy and use a e-sim.
I had to contact the support and the reaction time is fast and Michael helped really well.
They gave me another e-sim for free!

I bought multiple e-sims for China and Japan, and never had an issue. I've had no problems using Google or WhatsApp.

The eSIM worked straight away, good coverage and very good price. We purchased the unlimited 3 days pass for Canada. Michael from Roamify was super quick to fix a little issue we had through the Live chat, so we are very happy with the service.

Perfect they help me instantly

Not happy. App doesn't keep up with data usage or real-time info. Second eSIM code couldn't be redeemed, customer service had to generate a link for me, hours later I receive a refund for my plan and all of a sudden they just cancelled my plan w/o any prior notice or reason. Very unreliable.

The handling and support both before and during the trip was consistently great. Everything went smoothly, quickly and at a good price. I would use it again immediately and can only recommend it to everyone.

First my eSIM did not work but the customer service is amazing and helped me in no time! Really amazing customer service experience. So only one star less because it did not work in the first place. I bought an eSIM for Japan

Used it in Albania worked like a charm definitely advise it!

Initially eSIM was not working correctly but their team knew a few technical tricks and provided us with a new eSIM. It all worked after. Great service when you need it even though we waited a bit for the service.

They should advise that this doesn’t work properly in Cancun.

First, I never managed to get 5G in any place. That’s OK, but most of the time I would get 3G with very weak signal/bars and other times, weak LTE.

The most frustrating part is that they shutdown my service on the 6th day of usage, while I paid for 7 days!

I had to spend money to get data with my carrier instead, O2, which was just £7 a day and what I should’ve used all the time.

I really don’t recommend roamify.

Had some problems at first with an eSIM that wouldn’t connect to the network… But thanks to Michael’s fast and useful replies, was able to get one that works perfectly!! Great costumer service!

I had purchased two eSIM cards for a trip to Japan, which I was able to activate without any problems. The cards work perfectly! I had an issue when using the cards as a hotspot. I contacted support, and they helped me within 5 minutes. The service from Roamify is truly excellent. I can highly recommend them!

I used the eSIM for my Mexico trip. 3 Days before the sim was valid, it stoped work.
I contained the support and they solved the issue within 15 minutes. I‘ll use this company in the future , for all my trips.

My trip to the US was flawless using Roamify, working on all networks for a very attractive price. The customer service was blazing fast to help me by giving me a 3GB more data for my last day due to an expiration date error. Thanks a lot Michael.
