Long term customer
Got my account checked after being in profit for 300 pound … sent all relevant info and now support not getting back to me after days of emailing

Good site , easiest site I know of to construct a football bet builder ! Never any problems 👍👍👍👍

Not fit for purpose. Uses every trick to beat us. Unsubscribed and blocked. Feel ancient laggy and no freedom to bet how i want. Winning bets take to long to settle while losing bets settled instantly. Promotions dont work smoothly and 4 selections is the deal breaker. Our business is no more.

Took my deposit off me no problems then failed my verification so I withdrew my depisit and now they won’t send it back
*response to their response…. I don’t care about getting verified. They took my money without a care in the world who I was then wouldn’t send it back 30 mins later because I wasn’t verified

If I could give ZERO or MINUS I would.
Their marketing is “bet £10 & get £40 in free bets”.
Once I wagered the bet, I received an email which I have pasted below. They claim it’s in their T&C’s.
I will be emailing to complain and once I don’t get satisfaction I will report to the gaming commission and trading standards.
ANOTHER SCAM ONLINE BOOKMAKER.
“Following a review of your SBK account, we regret to inform you that you are not eligible to receive the welcome bonus offer on SBK. This decision was made after careful consideration and is in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
However, you can continue to use and enjoy SBK as normal.
If you require further assistance, our customer service team will be happy to help via Live Chat or by emailing”

Trash scam company put my £ 10 deposit in as soon as I bet the 10 within half an hour they emailed me telling me I was not eligible for the bonus,
So I closed the account with these scammers.
To let you know I didn't put the £10 on as one bet I split into two £5 bets and i read later bet must be £10 on one horse of 2/1 over so really my fault, but I have seen all these negative complaints and decided to delete my account. Everyone don't go near this terrible company.

Useless customer service who reply to trust pilot reviews asking you to get in touch to get the issue resolved but then you email them again multiple times for them to ignore your emails but will happily take your deposit before suspending your account, guys avoid !!

I tried to open an account today with SBK. The first page went OK, I was able to enter personal details, then I went to enter debit cards details - the only part of it I could fill in was name. So I decided to email support. When I went to my email account I had already received an email from SBK with the following 'Following a review of your SBK account, we regret to inform you that you are not eligible to receive the welcome bonus offer on SBK. This decision was made after careful consideration and is in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.' I received this message probably 1 minute after set up, I'm not sure what I did to cause them such angst in less than 1 minute. I emailed them back but, needless to say, no response to my email. I'm reminded of the Fr Liam sketch - 'Cowboys Ted, they’re a bunch of COWBOYS'
Edit: 2 minutes after posting the above I got an email response from SBK - absolutely no explanation just a copy and paste from their Terms & Conditions. I'm reminded of the Fr Liam sketch - 'Cowboys Ted, they’re a bunch of COWBOYS'

Recently opened an account and first issue i encounter they fail miserably.
Placed a promo bet which offered credits if lost. No credits received after bet lost.
Contacted so called 'Customer service' twice without reply....
Withdrew my balance and requested closure of account.
Unprofessional, many more (and better) options available.

I reached out to get a parlay settled. I had two player props involved in this 2 leg parlay bet and they both completed what they were supposed to. Just wanted to get my bets settled since it’s been done for about half an hour or more. Sam was very helpful in assisting that my bet would get to the correct team to look into my bet!

Signed up through their welcome offer advertisement. I deposited money, and right after they suspended my account for 'account duplication', even though I haven't previously created an account with them. I messaged their support but got no response so far.
Seems like a scam as they allow you to deposit money and ban you as soon as the money's gone out of your account and there doesn't seem to be a way of getting it back. Avoid.

Previously had a full verified, fully funded account but underwent a self exclusion to focus on uni and work. Tried to deposit for the first time since and was required to show THREE forms of ID excluding the bank account I was trying to use. I managed to get two mortgages in the time I was excluded with fewer restrictions and questions
