Excellent service as usual
Excellent service as usual. I needed a sick certificate in a hurry and I paid for the express service and I received the certificate literally within 5 minutes. I couldn’t believe it and was so impressed. I will definitely use again and highly recommend!

Slow customer service and late delivery of sick certificates
I have used this service before and it went okay, the first time I opted for the 24 hour option. This time however I needed the sick cert within 5 hours so I opted for the express cert, because I needed it submitted to work day 1 of being sick. I used the online message option after the cert had not been sent for over 4 hours and I did not get a response for two days. After no answer I emailed them. I again did not hear back. When they contacted me I was told that the cert had indeed been issued within the time frame and that I should have checked my spam. I have emailed them back, and I have heard nothing from them. I had a 15 hour wait to receive a cert that was supposed to arrive within 1-4 hours later. I feel scammed out of my money, I may as well have paid the €25 instead of €40! I am very upset by this because I loved the thought of this service and how useful it is! I even told my coworkers about it and now I am not so sure! The customer service has been very slow and this issue has not been resolved.

I didn't received my medical certificate and put blame on me
I didn't received my medical certificate after 2 days keep casing them with all the emails and chat and been calling them so many times but no one answer and didn't work. I have been Using This website for over past 2 years. I even suggest all my friends and co worker to use it if needed. And this all things are so disaapointed ! Not even bother to apologise for the delay etc. But also put the blame on a pateint who just using their service and telling them the problems and saying i am aggresstive ? Which i have been polite enough to let you know the problems. Since these day , there have so many good website and customers service that i can use . And from all these happened , i don't think i will be back to use this website anymore. Not with NONE apologise.

I didtn recieved my medival certificate…
I didn't received my medical certificate for the sick days for my work. I didn't received back the 25 euros that they charged me like a fee. I tried to call them few times, I already sent more that 20 emails and messges via chat and they never reply me.
After your reply I continue not recieving any email or my money back, can you please contact me ASAP. 2 weeks later i continue wait in the certificate that I don’t need it and my money back
